Super Pawn — Local services in Hesperia

Okay the reasonim givingthis place a 3 is because a few days ago I bought a PlayStation 3 for 100$ .. reasonable enough right? im not sure how much memory ok don't remember but it was a good deal ..included all cables and remote when I got home and hooked it up it turned on but it wouldn't read any games ! -.- and the controller was a bit off it would push buttons o/ its own at the menu and the analog stick would get stuck and go all left or something -.- so I was a bit upset that I had to drive another 20 minuntes and waste gas to return it and get a replacement.. at first they where real cool about it and all they took a while but ig it was worth it they exchanged it for a 125$ one even tho I didn't have my recipt at the time so I also got a new remote one they showed me it "worked" but yet it did the same as the last one and they made a dumb excuse about how it does that if its low battery.. the battery was low so I took the risk and believed them.. so when I got home everything was working properly besides of course that the controller wasn't working properly the analog stick would continue to move player in one direction like it would get stuck and id aim/walk left & up!! "CodBo1" so my KDR dropped !!! -.- anywaysI played for a few days like that and im done waiting for it to work so I'm gonna try exchanging it for a new new one.. that hopefully works .. I do have the receipt so lets so how it goes .. wish me luck .. rating might change to 4 if I get a controller with 0 issues .. till then a 2 is...

For those who don’t know, this friendly, neighborhood, long-standing pawn shop is the best half of the TV show “Barter Kings” that was on a few years back. All the Kats and Kittens working there are outgoing, knowledgeable, and sincere. I’ve been doing business with them since 2010. At first when things were tight I had to use their pawn services. They kept my instruments and jewelry safe and always sent me notices when the pawn was due. They’re just awesome! Now, I spend more time purchasing guitars and equipment from them. They even bought back the last guitar I got there for a good price so I can put it toward the purchase of the new one. I just walked out the door with a B E A utiful Les Paul copy that I’ve been wanting for some time now. Sorry this review is a little tardy. I intended to write it the day of, but this is regarding my experience about 3 weeks ago. Forgive me if I am incorrect regarding her name, but I was helped by an associate I believe to be name Jackie. She excelled with customer service. Which was very much appreciated considering I had entered another pawn shop earlier that day and had a negative experience… which in the end worked out cause it led me to Super Pawn! She explained to me all my options before proceeding with the transaction. I appreciated her help. I don’t usually go to pawn shops but moving forward, if and when I do I will be returning to this one without a doubt....
