They consistently fail NOT to read your online order customizations! For example, if you want a certain number of honeys they will give you what they want to rather than what you asked, and they never do the syrup customizations we ask for. Ask for no whip and you get whip. Ask for whip blended and it's right on top. There are too many Starbucks baristas in other stores willing to do a good job for people to have to deal with this dirge at this one location. On top of all that I always wait 30 minutes and often have to ask if they're even working on my drinks as I see others being served that ordered after I did. The customer service itself is so disappointing that I will not be calling the store, I will be contacting corporate directly because these people clearly take their positions for granted. If you can't read don't put yourself in a position where you make customized orders. If you can't provide polite customer service don't put yourself in a position where you communicate with others. People, just go to another Starbucks. We are used to a certain standard and that's because most locations insist upon it. They don't here but they do anywhere else so I'll be spending my money elsewhere until the staff has been trained. I personally work too hard for my money to waste it on anything other than what I ordered. Read moreThe reason I'm giving a 3 out 5 is bc I placed a mobile order 15 min before I showed up to the store. Usually I'll walk in and my order is ready tp go! That however is in other locations, so I was expecting the same thing here.
Also keep in mind I had to be at work in 20 min and sure enough I was late bc I was there for at least 25+ min. Finally after seeing me wait for over 15 min a barista approached me and had inforned me that one of the bagels I had ordered was unavailable. I said that fine, so I went ahead and replaced it for something else. Now a few more min go by and I was again approached by the same barista, she now is telling me that they do not have all of the contentment for one of my drinks.
She felt really bad and gave me a card for a free drink on my next purchase. Honestly if it wasn't for her I would have gave a 1 out of 5 but she really tried to accommodate me.

Read moreEvery time I go into this location I remember why I keep telling myself to not go in. The bald headed man up front, Bill is really not pleasant. I merely asked a simple question and he got very sarcastic and snippy with me for absolutely no reason. Whenever a drink is made with regular coffe instead of espresso, I like to swap it out for the cold brew because it is stronger. When I asked him whether the white chocolate mocha was made with coffee or espresso, he made me feel like I was an idiot for asking and thought I had no idea about the caffeine levels of the two types of coffee. I understand some customers may have poor attitudes, but I was nothing but polite. I ask this question at other locations and never get treated that way.
