Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hesperia

I called today at 2:11 PM ordered, told "45 mins"... the call was only 3 mins so I figured they'd be here by 3pm. I call at 3:03 PM just to make sure the driver wasn't lost but Angel insisted all was well and she would be here in less than 10 mins. So I said ok but ended up having to make yet another call to Angel at 3:16pm, this time she calls the driver who says she is 'just around the corner. Well at this point I don't believe any of them. It takes 5 mins to get to my house from this Papa John's location. Why it took this girl so long to get here is RIDICULOUS. And what's even worst is the LIES. If it takes 90 mins for delivery then tell me that. She finally arrived just before 3:30 PM with 2 lukewarm pizzas, oh joy. The delivery girl went on and on about how she tried her best... OMG spare me. The best you can do is be honest. She did offer to take them back but I couldn't even imagine doing any other business with this location EVER AGAIN, so I had cold...

Worst service I ever had from a pizza place. Driver was 30 min late. When we called to check on our order the girl that answered the phone was so rude I almost told her to take her pizza and shove it. She tried to give us the excuse that we are in the far end of their delivery area.

When the driver showed up his first words were "sorry I'm late but they had me do another delivery on the way here". So little girl in the office if you are going to make up lies at least make sure your drivers are on board with your B.S.

Driver I'd rate a 10. Honest and very friendly when I mentioned to girl being rude his response was "oh yeah I know who you talking about" I never gave him her name...

.as for the rest of the crew they need to go back to training.

To top everything off called to complain about the girl being rude and after asking for a manager was placed on permanent disregard and sat on hold for more than 10 min. Hung up before getting a manager...

We ordered 2 pizzas last Friday at 11:06am they told us 45 min. At 12:06 we called they said it just left and it would be there in 20 min. "We are only 8 min away" at 12:30 we called and the manager said that the driver is lost, and had to come back to the office. they said they would remake the pizza and send it right out. 30 min max. At 1:45 we called and they were lost again. We finally got our pizzas at 2:45 pm "3 hours" they did agree to comp us 2 pizzas...

So today we ordered the two pizzas At 12:00pm they again said 45min at 1:00 i called and they had just left 2 min ago... So at 1:30 i called and they driver was lost again.this is crazy and very bad business. I will be writing a couple reviews on various websites. i would be ok with late pizza as long as you call and let me know. not wait until i call and tell me...
