Worst experience ever ! I placed my order the day before the delivery date , I called the store before placing the order and the person that answered the phone said to write a note whatever specifics I wanted at the time of delivered and I WROTE "please deliver at second floor by 9:15am " well guess what , I called at 9:23am bec the flower haven't being delivered yet (they were already 8 minutes late for delivery ) but I was bein nice and polite to her and I asked her to give me an update and she said let me check with my driver and I'll call you back right away , well I waited for about five minutes but I never got the call back so I went and I called again five minutes later , by now they were 15 minutes late , then when she answer the phone again she said "my driver will be delivering the flowers on the next three minutes and she will send me a pic of the flowers and a call back to confirm , guess again , never got the call nor the person I was sending the flowers to never got the flowers either , by then was already 9:35am and all of the sudden I received an email and a text message from them stating the flowers has been delivered at 9:35am in the mean time at 9:39am I was on the phone with the person that was supposed to receive the flowers at 9:15am and guess once again , there's was no flowers yet . For a very personal reason I was very specific regarding the place and time of deliver but I guess they just didn't care because all I got from them was meaningless excuses and out of eight different phone calls I made this morning between 9:23am and 10:02am , they NEVER said a word regarding how they will fix the problem they've created themselves , Ronald the store manager called me twice , I did not wanted to speak to anyone of them , he texted me twice apologizing and he even mention to refund what I paid for the flowers and that got me even more aggravated and I told him to stop insulting me, I did not want any refund , all I wanted was the flowers to be delivered on time to the person and they couldn't even do that , so I check their online reviews and not surprises at all, I find out I was not along on this, there's was lots of complaining and not happy customers with their services , when I saw their ratting was 2.6 out of 5, I don't blame anyone but myself, that was the first thing I should have done before ordering with them so and I went ahead and I texted him pics of all the horrible reviews they had from the previous customers . The flowers finally were delivered but way passed the time and delivered not to the person I asked for .I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS FLOWER...

I personally went to OMEL Flowers to order some flower arrangements for the mass that was to be held in honor of my mother who had passed away. I did not want to place the order over the phone so there would beany mistakes or misunderstanding, but nevertheless the lady who took my order wrote the wrong delivery date on the invoice. I even gave her a note with all the information, I even ask her if she needed to keep that note and she said no, it was okay she already got the information. the only flower arrangement that arrived on time and was beautiful was the arrangement for the urn, and it was a separate order made by a family member. That night I arrived at the Church at 6:00 p.m. The mass was going to start at 7:00 pm. When I saw there were no other arrangements I was in a total panic, I managed to contact the owner of OMEL flower, she couldn't give me an explanation at that time. They didn't know what to make up to justify the mistake, so they tried to blame the delivery man by saying that the arrangements had been sent elsewhere, when the truth was that the arrangements were never made. They even try to blame me that I gave them the wrong date. So at that moment, at 6:30 p.m. OMEL Flowers started to make the arrangements. OMEL Florist arrived with the Arrangements exactly when the service ended after 8:00 pm. OMEL Flowers did not take responsibility for what they did, I did not even receive an apology from the owner and she was very unprofessional, They didn't even refund half of what the arrangements cost. I advise to read all the reviews and see how many mistakes they made on orders...
   Read moreDo not order from this place!! My sister went to the florist, in person, to order 2 arrangements for our mom’s funeral service mass. When we arrived at the church at 6, the 2 arrangements were not there and only the arrangement for the urn had been delivered, which had been ordered separately by another family member. When we called, they had no idea what happened. I was finally able to speak to the owner, who was very rude and with no sympathy, she does not even live in miami, and stated she would find out and call back. The mass was to begin at 7:00pm. She had not called so I called her once again, and she stated the driver had delivered the urn flowers and not the other 2 arrangements. She blamed the driver and stated they are subcontracted and he was far from the church and unable to deliver them on time. She stated she had her designer making 2 new arrangements and would deliver asap. Well, they did arrive BUT right after the mass was over!!! AT 8:00 pm. Then they stated the ticket said the delivery was for a few days after! And tried to blame it on that! As if my sister did not know the exact date of our mothers mass. If the girl wrote the wrong date, that is not our fault. What happened to the driver having the flowers in his delivery truck? All lies to justify themselves. My mother had specifically requested two flower arrangements, one next to each side of her urn, And because of this florist unprofessionalism we were unable to grant her wish. They did not even refunded the flowers and only credited $40 back. Unbelievable lack of consideration and customer service. Will never order from this...
