KAY Jewelers — Local services in Hialeah

I had the most spectacular experience at this Kay Jewelers location. Sissy is the store manager and her attention to detail is phenomenal. I originally went to the store to inquire about getting a new setting for my engagement ring and to polish my wedding bands. Though my engagement was a custom made piece, I was never fully happy with the way it came out. Firstly I was attended by Diego, he was a wonderful sales associate that attended to my every questions and concerns I had. Once he needed managerial assistance, he directed me to Sissy so she can answer any other questions on my inquiry. She told me about the Dana Augustine Diamond Show that was happening Monday August 7, 2023 (they come by every so often, so I recommend to pass by when you have a chance) and advised me to come over and see what can be done. Once I arrived at the show the attention and customer service provided was remarkable!! I was introduced to Dan the main sales rep from the Diamond Show. He was so patient and kind. He listened to all of our concerns and assisted my husband and I in choosing a new setting. Sissy assisted with a trade in of my setting and my husband was able to purchase the setting of my dreams. The best part of the full experience was the jeweler that was on sight, ensured that I would leave with my new ring and even polished my wedding bands right then and there for me to take it that same night. Words can not describe how grateful and thankful for everyone in Kay Jewelers in the Westland location. Everyone in the entire process, made my dreams come true. I wouldnt recommend Kay Jewelers at all. Their product are good but they are very over price. All you're doing is paying the workers insentive... go to an actual Jewelry shop outside of a mall. If you insist on going to Kay Jewelers make sure is not this store. The old fat manager is a disgrace. He is extremely nice when you buy but god forbid you try to return or ask for an adjustment when you were charged the wrong amount. He has so many excuses for everything acting like Kay jeweler store are different... if its the same company I can return or resolve any issue in whichever store i feel like going... he is horrible for business. I had an issue and he turned me away without even asking if i was interested in getting any other peice of jewelery, which i did end up buying some but im glad that I went to Dolphin Mall which they were able to resolve my issue and I left Happy. I recently had an experience at Kay Jewelers that started off with frustration but turned out to be genuinely positive thanks to Jorge, Nohemi, and Candy. I brought in a watch that I had previously taken in for repair, but unfortunately, it had stopped working again. I was quite upset, but the team’s kind, attentive, and professional manner truly made a difference.

They offered thoughtful alternatives that, while a bit complex, showed their genuine commitment to finding a solution. On top of that, they took the time to show me new products without any pressure, which I really appreciated. In the end, not only was my issue being taken care of, but I also left with a beautiful necklace that I chose thanks to their excellent customer service.
