The gentleman Mr. Oliver was really helpful and professional also the staff was friendly as well. The repair was done within a few hours, and the phone looks brand newâno signs it was ever damaged!
The touchscreen is fully responsive, the display quality is just as sharp and vibrant as before, and Face ID works perfectly.

Realmente no tuve la dicha que muchos de los que han dejado buenos reviews.
Desgraciadamente tengo que dejar este review tan malo, no me gusta hacerlo pero este de verdad merece la pena. Deje un telefono en una caja con varios accessorios, se los lleve pq no tenia sonido, iba a cada rato a ver si ya lo habian arreglado, y las primeras veces acepte que me dijeran que las piezas que habian ordenado no habian llegado, cuando iba y el que estaba no era el mismo, siempre me decia algo diferente al otro, una de las ultima veces que fui uno de ellos delante de mi ordeno las piezas que iban a probar, ahi me di cuenta que antes no lo habian hecho. Bueno pa resumir lleve el telefono el dia 8 de junio y hoy 10 de julio me dicen que no tuvo arreglo. Hay uno de los tecnicos que el dia que lleve el telefono tuvo un mal entendido con un cliente, y yo dije bueno los clientes no somos faciles, pero hoy que recogi el telefono tuve una discucion con el mismo tecnico, y todo pq cuando me da el telefono le digo que yo se los di en una caja con cosas y el me lo devuelve sin la caja y hasta le faltaban unos tornillos. Lo de menos es la cajita con las cosas, lo que me molesto es su actitud ante mis cosas, son mis cosas, fue busco otra cajita me puso el telefono dentro con la tapa de atras y ya... lo demas se perdio.. entonces se altera pq le de digo como decimos los cubanos "de pin.. papa".
Ahi tuvimos 2 o 3 palabras, por su mala atencion y su mal trabajo.
No se como se llama este tecnico, pero de los 2 es el que mejor...
