I am so LOST with my experience today. We do I begin? I went to this location today to grab lunch. I waited in line for over 25 minutes, only to have the attendant ignore me and continue to take the order of a Hispanic woman behind me. I interjected in order to understand what happened and why I was skipped in line. As I spoke with the attendant she refused to even look at me, much less acknowledge my presence as she continue with the woman behind me. Realizing that I was not going to be waited on, I decided to leave. Once out of the restaurant, I realize that I was very disturbed by this experience. Is this Chipotle? No way? Does this store have an issue with "Black People". Oh wow! In any instance I made my way back to the store to request to speak with a manager. I was handed a card instead. Once outside the store for the second time, I called the manager Yuly Henao only to realize in our conversation that she was the person who handed me the card. I told her I was disappointed in my experience and after acknowledging that she was the woman present and in fact she was next to the attendant who ignore and continued to ignore me throughout my entire experience. So as a result, I requested the contact info for corporate. This is where it get crazy. Yuly said she could not provide a number for corporate (said she doe not have one) so I told her I would find it myself. After calling the number i identified as Chipotle corporate i was routed back to the same store . Yuly answered the phone again. This time I was confused because I did not call her location. YULY said the follow: "if you continue to call my store I'm going to report you for Harrassment!" Wait, what? Are you serious? Where am I? Is this how Chipotle and its staff view and treat people who are non Hispanic? What I am feeling I truly cannot write! I am appalled, diminished, devastated and lost! I refuse to ever allow this or any other Chipotle locations to belittle me like this again. This experience caught me off guard and has ruined my lunch and time spent trying to communicate my experience. This is my take away: Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hialeah made me feel like a "N" word today!" NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Read moreI have been going to this location for years since it opened in my area and have even ordered from Uber Eats as well. Today I had the WORST experience in this location. I am not talking about food quality, I am talking about your employees lack of Customer Service. I work in Customer Service, I have for years and the customer service that I experienced today was by far the worst I’ve ever had. I went in today to grab lunch for my wife and I, I had her over the phone so she could tell me what she wanted. I ordered two bowls, I was trying to make out what she was telling me that she wanted but because the customers and the employees were screaming I could barely understand what she wanted. Apparently the staff there were in too much of a hurry because they closed up my order before I could tell them what I wanted in my wife’s bowl. As I got to the register the cashier asked me if I wanted anything else. I told her that I wanted to finish placing my order because the other employees had closed it up and I was not able to say what I wanted. She sarcastically replied that I was on my phone and that there was a line. I told her that yes I am on my phone because I am taking an order for my wife. I told her could you please finish taking my order. She looked at me with a disgruntled expression like she did not care and told me again that there was a line. Obviously it bothered her and everyone else to take my order. I decided right there and then to just leave my order on the counter. I told her that she could keep the order that with that horrible attitude and lack of customer service I did not want anything and she took the order off the counter with the same horrible attitude. I did not get her name but she was blond and tall with long hair, I wish I could have gotten her name to put it on here. I will tell you one thing, the lack of great customer service is what brings businesses down, not the food or products. You can have great customer service and not have the best products and your business will continue to thrive. If you guys continue hiring people like that you won’t last long. You won’t see my face there ever again, you’ve just lost a...

Let’s cut through the noise.
In a world of limp salads and greasy regrets, there’s a place where the line between fast food and real food blurs just enough to give you hope; my local Chipotle is that place.
I’m living proof. Call it a ritual, a diet, or a love affair—but this bowl has become my daily rite of clarity:
Super greens base: not your grandma’s iceberg. This is kale and spinach singing in harmony.
Double chicken: tender, seasoned, protein-packed; it tastes like the grill actually matters.
Half scoop of black beans: just enough to keep the engine tuned without overloading the system.
Fajita veggies: the kind of savory you don’t expect from “fast casual.”
Scoop of guac: it's silky, rich, full of good fats and good intentions.
Crisp romaine on top: for crunch, contrast, and closing the curtain with style.
Macros? Rough but reliable:
~600–650 Calories
50–60g Protein
30–40g Carbs
25–30g Fat (mostly good)
10–15g Fiber
That’s a clean, lean, nutrient-dense machine of a bowl. Affordable. Filling. And actually delicious.
But you know what takes it from good to transcendent? The people.
Kimberly, every time she rings me up, brings warmth that’s real. Not scripted. Not “have a nice day” plastic. Real. She remembers. She smiles. She radiates calm in a line full of indecision and noise.
And when I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Jennifer, it’s the same story; cheerful, kind, and unmistakably human in all the ways that matter.
You don’t expect hospitality in a burrito joint. But here? You get it.
To the one-star complainers, the keyboard critics: I don’t know what you’re expecting. Your meal is being made right in front of you. If you can’t find satisfaction in that, you’re not hungry; you’re just looking for something to be mad about.
This Chipotle delivers. Every time.
Nourishment. Hospitality. Humanity. All in a bowl.
I’ll keep coming back. Fork in hand. Mind clear. Grateful. And...
