I Always seen Starbucks as a interesting place for coffee. The environment been keys to my visit witch have been very few. Friend of mine introduce me yesterday to the starbucks double chocolaty chip frappuccino drink from a store at : 180 NW 42nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126 they when above and beyond to show me about the sizes and the drink and actually put coffee on it, taking the experience even more enjoyable. Was able to ask then question to learn a bit about the whole venti and grande and whats new. I felt proud of learning about a great product that i actully took my time and ask my family to join me today. We pick the close store to our house : 7735 W 33rd Ave, Hialeah, FL 33018 My 3 Kids join me as i was happy to introduce them to a treat as they themselves did not know about it. To my surprise while the store is empty took my time to wait on the drink while i hear the Baritas yell to the manager hey we are out of chocolate chucks i think was the name. To what he replay something i could not make up. I see she goes and put something else on the drink and i got serve up. At the moment i was not told about a substitution or anything related to my drink. Exited to show the kids, we take the sip and mayor disappointment. Taster like water and chocolate.. nothing compare to the awesome drink from yesterday. As i make myself back to the barista and ask, what is missing. she them tells me that hey are out of chocolote chips. or what make the drink better and not just a plain drink. i advice that they are suppose to tell their client on the product change and i ask for a manager. He also gave the same response that they store lacks materials, that he was out for 4 days and was just starting back today. Its real sad that my experience was ruined and worse when the order came from a manager knowing that it wont be the same. I did not ask for a refund. i believe in taking my time and making someone else experience a better product. and i hope whoever reads this take their time and improve on the lack of disappointment provided by the whole experience of a untrained professional providing a service and a product. Providing a simple answer, we are out of material and still being able to charge me and then substitute the ingredient as he said its defensively not OK. Read moreI don't know what is different at this location, but the drinks just taste like flavored milk. You can't taste any coffee/espresso in them. I even order the blonde espresso sometimes because they say that's the strongest they have, but you can barely taste it.
At other locations, the drinks are stronger.
Other than that, the location is clean and service is fast. I only wish there was a way to give tips AFTER you've been able to sample your purchase because sometimes it isn't good and doesn't deserve one.
My only other not-so-good experience is with the food. They taste like those pre-packaged military meals. The eggs don't taste real. They taste powdery. I don't like that.
Overall, this is a great place to grab coffee, whether through the drive-thru or dine-in. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Everyone speaks perfect English here and are very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the products, and helpful. I will definitely return to this location.

So, again, I stopped in at this Starbucks location because it is in route to my son's school. But again, they've proven to be the worst location as it pertains to their drinks. 😔 I am so disappointed. Every time I come here I order the same exact drink. And every time I come here it's like flushing $10 down the toilet. Again, my blonde vanilla iced latte with an extra shot of espresso and two extra pumps of vanilla tasted like plain, unsweetened milk. So, I had to turn all the way around to return to the location to have them fix it. Then, they literally just made it the exact same way. 😒
Now, I have two coffees that I cannot drink with wasted time and money. I will not come here ever again. I am always left with huge cups of milk that I refuse to drink. I've attached photos...
Read moreWe went to this Starbucks today and we were told that they don’t make orders from social media. The guy that took our order said “we only make these drinks for ourselves” and that they “didn’t like making these type of orders”, which is absurd because we could have ordered the same drink through the app for pickup and they would have had to make it regardless. It was only a caramel cookie crumble Frappuccino with a creme base that we asked for and the purpose of showing them the Tik Tok video was to help them understand what we wanted because it isn’t a typical menu item. We’ve gotten the same order at other Starbucks without any issues, I don’t see why this was such a bother for the employees at this location when we are paying for the drinks and service.
