I really wish it was possible to give a zero star review. We took the TV in for a simple repair, a small crack on the bottom and a line from the top to the bottom of discoloration. When we were trying to describe the matter of the TV letting them know that our son threw a toy at it, they just kept saying oh, itâs the easy fix. It âshouldâ be an easy fix. But when we picked it up because unfortunately, they said it would cost more to fix it. The TV was completely ruined. It was definitely still watchable when we dropped it off, so thatâs why I made no big deal about it and I just wanted to pick it up but when we picked it up, it was completely destroyed. And he didnât say anything about that when we had the phone call earlier that day. I guess what really confuses me about this place if youâre a TV expert, you should be able to plug in a TV and know if you can repair it or not right on hand, It just blows my mind that you Couldnât plug up the TV and know âMan if I were to open this TV right now, Iâm gonna damage it way more than what it looks like right now let me give the customer a call and see what they would like to doâ or at least give that disclaimer before we even drop off the TV. I feel like that wouldâve really avoided a lot of our issues here. I do not recommend this place I truly think they are a scam. Theyâre gonna break the TV regardless...
   Read morePoor Professionalism for a business!! Had my TV repaired due to a lighting strike. He fixed it but the outside of the case was missing 12 screws. I took the TV back and he guaranteed I was not missing any screws now. I trusted him this time also, and just took TV home. Before setting it up, I checked the screws and was still missing 2 screws. I called him back and was told "he had done all he could and was done with it"!! Poor Professionalism for a business!! They tried to give me a 50$ voucher toward next repairs or a purchase, but I turned it down, knowing I would never do business with them again!! He also gave me 10$ for my gas, but my time and gas was worth 5 times that much! Excuses, excuses, and lies! The guy who worked on my TV was no longer there 1 day later! Was told parts take a week to get, next day called saying the mail had run and my part was in, made me think he used, used parts!!
His response shows another lie. Was quoted price to fix on a Wednesday morning and on Thursday morning, they called saying the mail had run and my part had came in. That's not 2 day shipping!!    Read moreTook ~9yr old Sony home theater which was having problems with HDMI ports and paid $50 upfront diagnosis fee.Technician called within a week confirming those ports did not work and that he had emailed sony for electrical schematic. No communication since for over 5 months, and when I tried to call for update only got message that phone system was out or they where on another line with a customer. These were obviously lies as I got these messages over 10 times. I resorted to leaving a written message on the door of thier constantly closed building noting that I wanted my unit back. Only then did I get a call back with explanation that they were looking for parts. I picked it back up (LESS MY $50 fee) since other feature.s of system still worked. When I got it home I reset the system program by holding power button in for 5 seconds and updated software via internet which corrected all issues with the system. No need for any parts (found suggestion on sony blog). Wish I had thought to try that in first place! Can't believe thier "technician" would not know to try this simple fix. I have a hard time believing that they did anything but cash my diagnosis check. Can't understand how a busines can operate with zero communication? Zero rating from this completely...
