Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hickory

Beware, they will take your money and refuse to give you your pizza. My son went thru the drive thru earlier today, paid for his pizza and was told it would be about 5 minutes. He was told to pull around and someone would bring the pizza out. 25 minutes later, he went back thru the drive thru, with receipt in hand and explained the situation. Thinking they had just forgotten and would get his pizza. Oh no, not what happened. He was told there was no mention of anyone waiting and if he wanted a pizza, it would be another $5.00. Wait, what?!! Did I mention he was the only car parked right at the front door facing the employees. Something similar happened to me at the same location. They actually closed and tried to lock the door on me after making me wait at the front door. WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU...

Came here yesterday to pick up a Hot N Ready pizza and a 2 liter drink. I come in and the kid at the register didn't acknowledge me for several minutes then he stared at me, no hello, may I help you or take your order......nothing but a blank stare. So I told him what I wanted, he handed me a pizza, no thank you....no receipt....just a dumbfounded stare. This kid has extremely poor people service skills. Maybe the owner or management needs to remind him its the CUSTOMERS as the reason you have a job. I won't be back here, I'm not being made to feel like I'm a nuisance when I visit a business. The pizza is usually sub par as well. You'd be better off going down the road to Gepetto's, at least they have employees trained in customer service and...

Placed an order online for pick up. When arrived for pick up order, it was given to someone else. If a code is given Im pretty sure you will be the only one having access to the code, or name given when placing the order. Management is horrible, at least an apology could be given for bad service. When I had asked to speak to the manager, Summer had spoken to me and said “I was not at the window” and said that someone had picked up MY order as a “DoorDash”. When placing an order, I never once put my address. I had also put the order on the ONLINE WEBSITE, not DoorDash. But the manager said that If I wanted it to be replaced I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, what!!!! just...
