As I go through and see poor reviews I understand why our visit was the way it was. This was our go to restaurant but not any longer. There was a line , that I dont have a problem with. I understand in today's world we are short handed. I work and have worked in retail for many years so I understand short handed. However to use that as your excuse for poor and unprofessional behavior is appalling.
Being short handed doesn't cause your actions to be poor and that's exactly what it was. Being in customer service you are under pressure at many times for different reasons. But to be bluntly rude and unprofessional is uncalled for at any cost. It was the female manager and a female drive thru clerk. No name tags were present (of course) which as anyone knows that is part of dress code for any establishment. They were rude, unprofessional and full of excuses.
I hope they can train and raise their standards for better professional associates for their business .if their future customers if there are any who will deal with their type...
Read moreAgain again, we drove out of our way due to my cravings. From the words "hello is there anybody in there" I should have stepped on the gas and left the speaker at the drive thru. Ok, before going on, surprise they did our order wrong. At the window I said I really hate Coleslaw and he said ya I know me too. I told my wife, before we left the parking lot to check our order. Damn they did put that coleslaw in my bag. Luckily we were still in the parking lot so I went inside and regretted I did. The place was filthy and filthy is a compliment to this location. The garbage was way overflowed and on the floor. Just pure nasty. There were two people standing around the employeeless counter. I said u waiting and they both agreed, with their consent I said hey how about some help and repeated it again. Finally a person showed up swapped my Coleslaw out. Needless to say, I could not eat and I will not be back to this location as it is definitely not finger...
Read moreThe order was placed thru Door Dash. The delivered order was wrong, as in 3/4 of order was wrong. When the restaurant was called, the person answering the phone was immediately rude and unwilling to fix the order (blaming the Door Dash driver). The Door Dash driver was very apologetic stating that his job is to get the order handed to him by KFC employee and deliver order. When the restaurant was visited to obtain correct order, two of four employees were rude and continued to be uncooperative. There was an additional customer in the dining room, who received a wrong order. When the rude employees were asked for the manager or the info for a regional manager, the store manager was unavailable and no other info was given on regional manager. The rude employee then announced than the dining room was closed. The order was corrected, but only because a threat was made to call police for theft due to not getting what...
