Bojangles — Restaurant in Hickory

I understand accidents happen, but I was getting food through the drive thru in the morning. I had handed the lady my card while she handed me my drink. I sat there and waited on my card, but about 30 seconds later I was given my food and told to have a nice day. I said I don’t think I ever got my card back, she looks around and says she’s pretty sure she gave it to me. Knowing I was never given it back I pulled around out the drive thru as to not block others and went inside. When inside they asked what was going on, I said I never got my card back from the drive thru. About a minute later the manager walked out the back, he asked what’s going on? I said when I went through the drive thru I was given my drink and food but never received my card nor receipt. He said well we don’t have it, I asked if he could check the cameras and he claimed he already did. I could feel tensions rising so I said i’ll just go call the cops, he said you go ahead and go call them. So I did, called the Hickory non emergency number. Waited about 15 minutes and I got a call from my bank, they said bojangles had found my card in the trash can. What do ya know? Hate to be a karen but I knew I never received it back and I have bills due, I can’t just be without my card because the manager won’t take a little time to review footage. The manager failed completely at his job, I don’t understand what he’s there for. Bad customer service, rude and ignorant. The employee i’m sure it was an accident but the manager shouldn’t have acted the way he did. Ordered a simple SEC Biscuit and some Bo rounds. Was told 5 minute wait on rounds. No problem, they'll be hot I reason. Told to pull up to door, they'll bring me my order. I look inside, there's a fellow who's waiting for his order and looks like he's been a while too. 12 mins go by, During which I see homedude get up and check on his order a few times. I decided to go in and ask what's up, drive thru guy has no clue who I am and asks about some other order...like what? I tell him my sausage egg cheese biscuit, he looks around bewildered and asking everyone, I hear someone tell him the rounds are done, I turn around and inquire about the guy who's been longer than me waiting, he is obviously more patient than I was and he doesn't know what is going on with his order either.... I get a bag on the counter, and the bag's hot, so I grab n go back to my car, grab the bos and they're thrice fried by the hardness and lack of what would constitute potatoes. The saving grace here is the biscuit is great and hot, so, thanks...

The only reason why I'm giving it a 2 is because of the guy at the window. I went tonight to get dinner and he was the only one who sounded even a little bit respectful. When I pulled up to order the girl doing drive thru was rude. Like she could care less about talking through to me. Had to wait 5 minutes on fries but it didn't matter because I sat a little longer in line since they didnt moveanyone up or anything while waiting. Once I got everything. Which I only got 2 4 tender supreme combos and one extra fry. They forgot the fry. Then I tried calling to get it and they wouldn't pick up the phone. Went back in line pulled up to the speaker the girl didnt say anything for probably a minute and once I finally said whatever and pulled forward she said something.
