We are constantly out of drink in our machine. When you called the refill number they are rude. We have been out this time for 2 weeks. Called the number to report it and I got a rude lady who basically said they were to busy to worry with old customers they were taking care of the new customers or businesses who have recently reopened. That's not how you treat a customer. Last time this happened I literally reported it to a coke guy in the middle of the grocery store and he called his boss. Ridiculous! We finally got a refill that way though. I guess am going to have to track another guy down in the grocery store...
Read moreHave called 4 times because there is expired product in our machine. It is February and I am getting drinks from November. I guess that's how things are done. I had one person come out and when I showed him the drinks he gave me my money back but placed expired product back into the machine. Seems like you need better employees that actually care about their customers. Also better customer service. When I have to call 4 times to get someone out here to remove expired product but have yet to do so. At one time a driver regularly stopped in to check the machine and restock it. No one has even had the courtesy to call us back - it's all about passing the buck to someone else up the line.
