Terrible Customer Service. I ran in the Hickory Store on 9/1/24 to buy multiple colors of the spray paint that was advertised for $2.99. When I got to the register only 2 of the 5 colors / cans scanned as $2.99. I told her they were advertised as $2.99. She was polite but basically said there was nothing she could do. I paid full price for the other cans. I knew I was right but I was on my way to work & didnât have time to argue my point. Last night 1 ran in the Morganton location to pk up something else. I noticed the spray paint was still being advertised as $2.99. I picked up a couple of cans. I asked the cashier if they would honor their ad price?? He said âof course!â The manager came over immediately & adjusted the price. Today I ran back in the Hickory location since it is only 5 mins from my house. I go straight to the paint isle & pk up a few more cans. The advertisement is still hanging on the shelves. I can hear multiple employees in the furniture dept joking around & having a loud unprofessional conversation. One female is bragging about how some man ask her about the sale prices & she told him âshe didnât knowâ. I take 3 can's to the register where there were 3 younger female employees behind the counter. 1 of the 3 was also 1 of the ones previously having the loud conversation in the furniture dept. I explained how I was overcharged last time and that was fine but I now knew for sure that the manager could adjust / correct the price on these since they did in Morganton last night. After I finished explainingâŚ.the same employee that was involved in the furniture dept conversation looked at me and said the sale ended yesterday. All I could do was laugh & say of course it did. My mistake, I thought the sale was advertised as September. I didnât read the fine print. I wanted to point out that maybe instead of standing around & having loud inappropriate conversations they should be taking down the old, deceiving print ads that were currently hanging on the shelves. I didnâ! I will just continue to drive 20 mins out of my way to the Morganton location. It is much cleaner, better stocked & actually has good...

Either way something like that I Called and asked bout salt to melt ice and snow and she said âsorry we outâ and then just hung up immediately .Not a have a good day or even waiting to see or asking if I had anymore questions I called back and said I thought that was very rude cause you never asked if I had anymore questions or was EVER respectful during the first 25 second phone call and or the other 19 second phone call, you had an attitude with me when I was very polite with asking my question. She said âuh whatâs your other questionsâ I said âI donât have any but you didnât even do your job and be respectful about helping the customer out by ANY means. Thatâs very rudeâ. She hung up immediately. No apologies, no respect when talking to me, had the biggest attitude, no good customer service AT ALL and I will never be back until customer...
