Roses Flooring and Furniture — Local services in Hickory

I Absolutley, and thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience in the furniture department at Roses. Today was a very busy and hectic day but the way Eric and Deseree handled their, customers was very impressive to me. Shipment after shipment kept coming in and so did the customers yet these two still managed to give each individual customer quality customer service. They were ever so patient. No matter how many questions I had Deseree did not mind answering everyone of them and if she didn't know something she gladly asked Eric and he was just as glad and eager to help as she was. I was also very well pleased with the pricing and the no credit check financing. I was able to finance a king mattress and box spring set, headboard, Queen mattress, with protection plan and two full size area rugs all for less than $1500. I loved the inventory. Beautiful items by Ashley at very affordable prices. It was sooo hard for me to choose. But. Deseree was very patient, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I learned quite a bit from her today about area rugs. Her input helped me to find something that I really liked.

Never go to Roses furniture department if your looking to get anything fairly fast.. we ordered a bed and was told we would receive the bed In the next few days a week pasted and the bed never came… finally the store received half of the bed shipment and told us they would definitely have the piece Saturday they would actually make the trip and get it mind you we paid 500 for this bed frame at the start.. well Saturday came 16 days in to this few day order and they tell us still no bed they couldn’t go pick it up we would have to drive one hour away to pick up the missing piece. We called the ware house willing to make the trip to be told they do not even have that piece in stock the store knew this the whole time giving us a run around!!!! When my husband went to get our money back at this point we’re just fed up with it all the manager over the store tells the people over furniture now this isn’t the first time either is it?!? So they have done more than us this way!!!! Beware!!! If you don’t want a run around they will have you pay for your piece you think you will get knowing good and week it is not at the ware house or could take weeks to ever...

I absolutely love this Rose's Furniture Store because the two guys that work here, Eric and Ben, go above and beyond in providing customer service when you shop here!!! They are the reason I return to this store all the time for furniture I need. Eric has learned my personal decor interests and is excellent at telling me what he has that he knows I will love! I am very slow when it comes to deciding what I want, yet Eric has been patient with me every time. I have never felt rushed or like I was bothering him. He has truly become family!!! I trust Eric and Ben to take care of me and I don't ever worry about being scammed the way I have when shopping with other stores. These guys have truly convinced me that Rose's cares about its customers!! It also helps that the furniture is great as well as...
