I have a 2003 Cadillac and I need a part for my car I have called easily 30 phone numbers and I have to say most of them were less than cordial. I've been feeling like customer service is a thing of the past until... I called Big 3 auto parts when I say he went above and beyond that is putting it mildly I have to say he restored my faith in humanity and though he didn't have my car part he gave me hope and numbers of people in this business that may have my part ... I needed a taillight for my work truck to pass inspection. When I called them they said the had 2, but they actually had 4 or 5 trucks like mine. They sent a guy with me who was very helpful I just can't remember his name. They charged me $40 which I was very happy with since I couldn't find another taillight anywhere else. Needed a wheel hub for my f 250, explained that it was a 2002,4x, auto locking hub and system. After taking the hub off my truck I realized they gave me the one with no abs. Price was about the same as a new one would have been , actually a little higher than a new one. That was the bad, the good is that they are very good at tracking down parts for you in a short time.
