I visited this location to get medicated chicken feed for baby chicks my dad had gotten. It took me about 15 minutes to locate an employee that was available. It was around 2 in the afternoon, not super busy. I finally got tired of searching for someone to help me find what I was looking for, I seen a door that was labeled employees only and heard a few voices behind the door carrying on non company conversation so I opened the door, asked if anyone could help me real quick, a thin red head female with glasses sighed looked at the two guys she was talking to and gave them a snide look and asked me what I needed. I showed her the picture my mom had sent to me of the bag of feed, she didn't say anything, walked off and I assumed she wanted me to follow her so I did. She reached the isle the feed was in which was only two isles away from the door I found her behind, she stopped and pointed to an area on the shelf at some bags. I looked at the bag and compared it to the picture and it was a different brand and I didn't see where it said medicated. As she turned to walk away I said excuse me, are you sure this is the same thing as the picture, she said it's basically all the same stuff, I asked if it was medicated, she sighed, walked back over to where I was, looked at the bag and pointed to a very small red circle on the bag that said medicated and went to walk off again. I told her thank you and sorry to interrupt the personal conversation she was having on company time. I will not be going back to this location, she was very rude and quite honestly I wish I would've caused a scene to get a manager there to...

Bought a chainsaw from here waited little over a week used it on memorial day weekend it broke after cutting down some trees first time using this saw and it breaks then i call they say we will swap it out for another one get there guy says yeah it is messed up ok so they see if they can fix the problem comes back and says they will switch it out for another one i said ok then he goes in the back and comes back and says they only do swaps in the first week so they will have to send it off to be repaired everytime i call the store to see any status on it they tell me give them my info and they will call me right back with some sort of news i have called five times and have never heard back once on my chainsaw i have downed trees i cant cut up because of you all selling me a defective chainsaw that broke the first time i use it and told me all this stuff now we are coming up on three weeks which is how long yall said it could take up too so tomorrow makes three weeks where is my damn saw at i will never ever ever buy anything from here again its ridiculous should of sent it off and replaced mine with a new one its less than two weeks old from the store...

Went to return some tools I bought. The manager was gone for almost 10 minutes and when she showed up she announced that the register needed to ring out returns had been already closed out at about 4:00 PM. The other register was being used for customer purchases. I was asked to get in line so that she would have time to look up my receipt. I told her that I didn't want to line up behind 10 people and that I would try again another day. I called in after reaching my car and was connected to the same manager that I had just spoken to. She denied saying anything that just happened. I told her that the register should not be closed and I should not have to wait in a long line to do a return. I have spent a lot of money at this store but my business is going to be with the other similar stores going forward. This manager has singlehandedly taken my business away.
