I was fitted by Suzie and ordered my police vest in July of 2021. I haven't heard anything so I first called them at the beginning of November. I was told my vest was ordered and that Safariland is just running behind (during this timeframe my agency hired 3 guys that all got their vests). I'd call every few days and I was told they were trying to reach out to safariland but safariland was terrible with getting back to customers. I took it upon myself to reach out to safariland and was contacted back within 1 day. They said they would contact shuttlers on my behalf to find out where my order was... the safariland rep, which was amazing through the entire experience, said shuttlers would NOT even give her the order number or me so she could not find out where my order was. When I'd call shuttlers they made it seem like I was inconveniencing them by calling and wanting to know where my vest was and tried making me feel bad about it, they gave lots of attitude. I asked if they actually ordered my vest in July or if they actually forgot about it until I called them and they assured me that was not the case. I got a phone call from shuttlers on January 14th 2022 (6 months after I placed the order) saying my vest was there. The safariland rep (again who was amazing) ran the serial number so she could find out when they actually ordered it and they did not place the order on my vest until December 6th 2021... so to recap. I ordered it July 2021, called November 1st asking where it was, and it took them until December 6th to place the order. When I went to pick my vest up they were rude to me and wouldn't even make eye contact. Very childish and unprofessional. I have never dealt with a company as shady as this, the amount of lies upon lies...
Read moreWould not let me return an unused item! My fire department has been working with Shuttler's for years. They come in every year to show off new stuff and try to get us to spend our clothing allowance with them. They told us they talked to the Chief and everything they had there was approved for purchase with our clothing allowance. I ordered a cell phone holster, they had an extra display model and gave me that and I filled out a PO It turns out the Chief did not approve that but by the time the PO was denied it was past there short return window. Even though the case was still in plastic never used and they lied about having it approved. They would not take it back and even threaten legal action if I did not pay for the cell phone case! Are you kidding me! after the thousands and thousands of dollars we have spent there on there overpriced gear they want to give me crap about returning a cell phone case. Worst customer...
Read moreI put an order in with them for clothing and an accessory. Shortly after, my department and I found I was ineligible. I came back to pick up the order so I can return some of the stuff to my department, and for the rest myself.
Apparently, the order is missing. There was some chicken scratch on the paper, but no explanation on where the order went- not explained by the person who gave it away. Please note, this was a personal order- not endorsed or paid for by anyone else. So my order has been picked up, but no one picked up my AMEX bill....
