ABC Design Jewelers — Local services in Highland Park

I am never the person to write reviews on places, this is my first and I hope my last. Anat, who is the new owner of ABC Design Jewelers, who bought the Shop from Yossi Jewelers, are bad people to do business with. They tried to charge me 3x market value to resize an engagement ring that I paid Yossi to make just 3 months prior. This customer service and care for their customers is unacceptable. There are many reviews on here from years ago, and all of these good reviews were for Yossi not Anat(ABC). Do not be fooled with ABC Design Jeweler being affiliated in any way with Yossi. They will not honor any work Yossi did before they got there. Anat came from ABC Design Jewelers in downtown Chicago and do not understand the Customer Service you need to give people. If you live in the Northern Suburbs go to any other Jeweler in Highland Park, Deerfield, Northbrook, etc. Anat and ABC Design will leave you with headaches and upcharges for the rest of your time...

I had the good fortune of finding ABC Jewelers on Elm Street in Highland Park. Their warm & friendly atmosphere was most welcome. I first had some items that had to be repaired, and they were fixed perfectly in a very short time at a price that was just right. Next I brought in my cousin to reset her engagement ring. The results were not only exceptional but very artistic. People are bedazzled by the creative look. After that I brought my daughter-in-law there to have her grandmother's diamond reset in a necklace. She was overwhelmed with joy with the finished product.

If you are fortunate enough to go to ABC Design Jewelers, you will have nothing but a phenomenal and honest experience.

I’m not one to write reviews but I recently had a terrible experience with the owner of ABC jewelers, Anat, who purchased the store from Yossi several months ago. This year I bought my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands from them. In addition, I bought a beautiful necklace. Needless to say, I spent a lot of money and time working with the owners. When Yossi left, Anat upcharged her services and wouldn’t fit a simple mistake they made on their end. All of ABC Jewelers ratings are from Yossi’s business which was before her time. Don’t be fooled by these positive reviews. Save your time & money and go...
