I lost my phone on then went to buy another from them for 160 and they didn't give me a Receipt for it! I asked numerous times then said they will text it to me.. It's been over a weak and still haven't got one.. Took an only phone i use at home home for them to fix because it would not change anymore.. And that was 34 dollars and it takes a whole day to charge.. Ohh and they put me on a 60 dollar plan i will never need!!! REMEMBER PEOPLE then a Business don't give you a receipt... Don't give them your money or do any business...

The guys, they are great with the customers and they are very attentive to the customers. The lady in there today is the total opposite. She is rude and have horrible customer service in person and on the phone. I've been at this store 30 minutes and every customer she had she was very much rude to. Maybe she needs to find a different profession or work away from the customers because she is gonna run people away. They lie and say on the internet that there open till 10:00p.m them when you call they say they close at 8:00p.m but ask what you need.
