I needed a Cowgirl hat and the store representative was very helpful due to her experience and the many sales of the Cowgirl hats. However, I dropped or left my credit card after my purchase and called from1pm to closing and the phone was not accepting calls. That was my very first time in the store, the representative was patient, accommodating, and friendly. I regret that contacting the store for additional concerns was a failure. Location is clean but small. Hard to find cute outfits or things that match. They get most of their clothes made from china so it is not true to size. I had found the perfect suit outfit but only the pants fit. I fit a 1x, even the 3x shirt didn't fit around my arms! I was so upset I had to return it! Most of the items are affordable but cheap, holes will rip in the clothing. Not a good selection of shoes/purses/or jewelry. Basically everything looks very cheap.
