HORRIBLE birthday party experience!! Completely uninvolved, couldn’t be bothered ‘party host’. On top of lessons and a class taking place in the gym at the same time causing the birthday kids to only be allowed to play in a small corner of the room… the host provided no organized games or activities, no guidance on using the one piece of equipment our party was allowed near (balance beam) and the entitled mother and grandmother who (apparently) had the party time reserved AFTER the one we were at came in and was allowed to make rude, condescending comments for the last 20 minutes of our party (before her time started) about the kids & parents of our party being in the way and taking too much time. The host did nothing in the way of reminding them when their time started nor apologizing to the group we were with for the awful treatment we received.

We will NOT be returning to a facility who clearly does not value their customers. I just feel bad for the parents who shelled out the $ for the party we...

My girls have been at Excite! for almost three years and they love it! My oldest daughter participates in All-Star Cheer, tumble and private lessons with Coach Wicam. My youngest participates in novice cheer, tumble and private lessons with Coach Destiny. I highly recommend all the coaches for private lessons. As a mom, I am thankful Excite offers a competitive program but they still allow kids to be kids. Every customer service based company goes through ups and downs, good reviews and bad reviews but I give credit and respect to the owner, Julie. She has listened to customer feedback, made tweaks where appropriate to meet the customer and their needs. This gym offers a full schedule of classes for any level and teams for any levels. This is my daughter’s fifth year at Excite Gym and Cheer and we love being a part of the Excite family. In addition to All Star Cheer, my daughter joined the Acro team this year, and has loved that experience. My daughter has learned so much more than tumble and cheer skills from her coaches, including teamwork, responsibility, accountability, and sportsmanship. She truly loves being at the gym and would be there every day if she could. I love that the gym has something to offer everyone in terms of commitment level, and we really do feel like we are a part of a gym family rather than just a number.
