Read moreMy daughter and I came in a found quite a few items, when we got to the register there was a line and only one cashier, no problem, we were still deciding on a dress. A red headed cashier comes up and yells are you paying with card, if so I’ll take you. I said okay, we walked over and I was still chatting with my daughter about the dress. She said hurry up and decide I have to leave here at 4;00pm. I said we are happy to wait in line so you can go home. I had no idea what time it was just figured it was 4, come to find out it was only 3:40pm, she was very angry and yelling you need to decide if you want this dress or not. I said ma’am please hand me the dress back and we will go decide somewhere else so you can go home. Then she refused to hand us the dress back and had it behind the counter. I said can we please have the dress. She finally gave it to us and we went and got back in line. We ended up putting back all our items back which were hundreds of dollars because The cashier was so disrespectful. I’ve never experienced something like this before, and I sure hope the manager gets to speak this employee about work ethic and customer service. We will never return back to this store again. I’ll use my...

What initially works to create an overall continuity of aesthetic makes it impossible to double back and find something I'd reconsidered -- or put something back I'd decided against. My head started to swim. When I came up front to check out, I was interrupting a cashier's text messaging I waited..and waited.. Not great when it's hot in there. In their defense it was 111 outside, so 87 was decidedly less hot -- but still hot to comfortably shop, much less wait on a cashier's personal business. They were kind enough to place big containers of fruit-infused ice water at the entrance, something I'd somehow missed as I came in...Nice touch. I suspect as the holidays bear, this will be a great place to shop. What they really need is a little tea room or cafe up front, so shoppers can take a break, get refreshed and perhaps a bit of lunch, so that they can tackle the second half of the sales floor with a fresh...
