I quite often have problems with the TV. They used to have good cable but they had us switch to the Amazon stick. I'm sure this stick works for many but not mine. When I call they tell me that I should know the drill. Unplug the stick then plug it back in and it should work. If it doesn't just call again tomorrow. Of course when I plug and unplug it several time it is comfort to call again the next day and be told to try unplugging it again. Boy now that is customer service!! PS sometimes this goes on for day.
