Took my machine in for repair at the end of February. They called in mid-August it was finally ready. Waited months for a Board that was on backorder. I drive 1.5 hrs and get the machine and paid for the repair & maintenance on the machine. Get home and find it’s not working. Drive it all the back… the tech (who is very nice) was unable to repair and suggested we send it to Janome for repair. Finally back and pick it up now in September… it is finally working, however, I had to pay for Janome to repair (after I had already paid Bill’s for maintenance) plus shipping both ways.
