The Rustic Mile — Local services in Hill Country Village

I did some online research for rustic furniture & came across The Rustic Mile's website. I looked at all of the furniture they offered & found several different pieces that piqued my interest. I made a phone call to the Rustic Mile in San Antonio, TX & was able to speak with a wonderful & pleasant woman named Lauren. Lauren was so professional & listened to what I had to say. We ordered a BEAUTIFUL 80" tv console (which they had in stock) & arranged for delivery. I was able to give my credit card information to Lauren & placed my order & was set for delivery on 01/07/2025. Several days later, I went back to Rustic Mile's website & looked at the coffee/end tables had for sale. I found a great set that was the same color of the tv console. I called Lauren again on 01/06/2025 to see if they had the 3-piece set of tables in stock. Lauren checked & said YES! I then asked if they could put them on the delivery truck for the 01/07/2025 delivery. Lauren informed me it was possible & I would receive all of my merchandise on 01/07. The two wonderful delivery men from Rustic Mile delivered my furniture today & it is SO BEAUTIFUL!!! No scratches or marks on any of the pieces. The delivery men were so professional & kind. They brought all of the furniture into my house & took off the shipping wrapping, placed the furniture where it needed to go, & cleaned up after themselves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE RUSTIC MILE!!! The furniture is top-notch & their customer service is OVER THE MOON!!! And, all of this happened...

My friends, don’t do the same mistake as I did and STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!! Poor quality material and awful customer service! I bought a bed, received it the next day as promised but when the guys finished the assembly the bed was all crooked, some parts were broken and some were missing. I called the store and a manager came the morning after to take a closer look; he said they cannot repair it so he offered me a refund or an alternative bed. Later that day my wife and myself went back to the RUSTIC MILE and learned the bed we have is actually the bed from display. NO ONE ever told us that when we bought the bed. We chose a different bed but this one was about $300 more expensive so we told Javier, the manager, that the store should match the price of the original bed. he called Shannon, the general manager of the joint and after a 30 min wait and a second phone call (to the shop owner, I think) he came and offered us a 10% discount on the new bed. Of course, I refused and took the refund, they should be ashamed of themselves to offer a customer such a low discount after...

Reached out on a FB President Sales and was emailed quickly by Shannon, who stepped up from the Houston store to assist with my online order I was making from the SanAntonio location. He had my whole livingroom set and tables delivered within a week. Great service!! We will be coming back for our bedroom set next, very soon. My livingroom looks great and the couches and recliner fit my families needs. Quality is great, and I love the Country look their furniture has. Great service and a great product, thank you Shannon for the assistance in making a big purchase. Can't forget about Todd as well who finalized everything for us and made sure to verify everything was going to specs. Very friendly and kept us very informed.
