CD Exchange - Bitters & 281 — Local services in San Antonio

I walked into the store today on San Pedro avenue to sell some of my dvd's(which I have NEVER done before). My arms where completely full and I needed to set down what I had and go back to the car to grab more. I came across "Roger" first who completely ignore me when I asked where I go with them. Keep in mind he saw me because the alarm went off when I came through the door. Since he ignored me very rudely I went further down the counter where there was a much nicer gentlemen who was just about to explain to me what do do when "Roger's" rudeass chimes in and says, "YOU NEED TO BRING THAT DOWN HERE! YOU DONT NEED TO BE WHERE EVERYONES PERSONAL THINGS ARE!" I was not aware "A" that I am thief and "B" that the side of the counter where you puchase things was where you keep your person belongings. I have been coming in there for about 4 years and every time I have seen this employee, he has been completely rude. Why he has a job is beyond me. I have contacted corporate and I hope karma gets while I am able to watch....

This store is amazing. They have so many movies, records, and even DVDs of anime series. I got several movies here, and all but one had good quality. The one that didn't play right, like it would glitch at a certain part in the movie and completely skip a small chunk of the movie. It wasn't that big of a problem but it just sucks because it was one of my favorite movies I love to watch and for it to be messed up in any way just makes me a bit upset. However, I still have the disc and I still watch it because I love that movie. Besides that I'll definitely come back for more movies. The way it works in the store is they have all the movie cases out on display but without the disc inside to prevent people from stealing, scratching, or breaking the disc's. Then when your ready to buy you bring the case to the register and they have boxes of all the disc's and they just put it in the case for you and that's all. Its...

We have a CD Exchange down the street from us and they didnt have what we were looking for. They called the Bitters and they had exactly what we were looking for. So we drove 30 mins to get to Bitters location just for the guy to tell us "Yes we have it but we cant sell it." Need I mind you I am an African American Woman and my husband is too.......so instead of trying to keep our business he pretty much jus said sorry. I Told him we were the ones that called about they movie and we drove a distance for that certain movie.....as he looked like.....o..k..I could tell we weren't "regular customers" and I jus leave because I didnt want to argue with him. I am in customer service and I felt like he treated the "black ignorant people." SERVICE IS SUCKY ON SUNDAYS YALL....
