Whataburger; McDonald's; Burger King; Sonic; the list of burger options goes on and on and on. But if you're looking for absolutely finger-licking goodness, then THIS is your spot. Joshua, the stores General Manager, welcomed us with a huge, bright smile, ready to take our order and explaining the menu options in great detail as this was our first time visiting a Burger Boy restaurant. The burgers are of exceptional quality using only top-tier beef and veggies. The burger artisans in the kitchen took these ingredients and produced about the best burger I've had from a fast-food joint. Juicy, HOT, and perfectly seasoned burgers that built to your exact specifications. Their standard issued french fries rounds out your combo perfectly. However, if your appetite is the size of Texas, go for the loaded fries that offer you cheese, bacon, grilled onions, and grilled jalapeños. The dining area is neat, clean, and spacious. The colors are bright and inviting, and the wall art is visually pleasing and playful, while the huge, pane-glass windows provide tons of light and a view to the street while blocking out the heat. If your sweet tooth is aching for a fix, they got you covered there, too. The rich and creamy but NOT overly sweet ice cream selection has your back with plenty of options from your run of the mill original vanilla, to their premium "fruity pebbles" blend, there's something for everyone. Can't recommend this place enough. It will not disappoint you!

I have had Burger Boy high on my list of places to try and I was so excited to go today. Unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. I planned on dining in but there was exactly zero available parking spots. For some reason they had most of the parking lot blocked off with cones to accommodate an extra large dual drive thru line despite only have 1 car in line. I had no option but to go through the drive thru which also meant being forced to eat in my car which was a massive let down. I did appreciate the friendly service I received when placing my order & collecting my food which did improve my overall experience. I ordered a double cheeseburger with jalapeños and the fully loaded fries (cheese, bacon & jalapeños). The food was prepared quickly, delivered hot, and a good portion for the value. The burger was good, but not great, and definitely not one I’d go out of my way for despite how much I was hoping to love it. The loaded crinkle fries were very tasty. I very much appreciate that they had actual pieces of bacon and not just bacon bits. Overall, it was a good, if not average meal. Definitely not bad but certainly nothing special. I may give them a shot another day with just a plain hamburger to see if my opinion changes.

Stopped by for quick dessert on a Sunday afternoon. Funny as the hardest thing about the visit was finding the door. It looks like it is on the side by the Burger Boy sign, but it's actually on the front of the restaurant facing Bitters Rd. Walked in and there was not a line, so went straight to the register. Person taking the order was very polite and helpful. Ordered a Chocolate & Banana shake and a Chocolate & Coconut shake. They asked for a name and I had a seat. There were about 15 tables on the inside and about 5 tables on the outside. Only about 3 tables were taken, so picked a table by the window. Within 5 minutes, they called my name and was nice enough to bring my shakes and napkins to my table. All the tables were clean and the staff were diligent in wiping down each table as a party left. Shakes were nicely made and had a good, thick consistency, but still able to use the straw. They both had a good flavor without the fake flavoring taste. I should've ordered a side of the crinkle fries as they looked good when I saw other orders. I'll definitely come back to give the burger and fries a try.

My recent visit to Burger Boy in San Antonio, Texas, left a bitter taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. As a connoisseur of quality burgers and fries, I was sorely disappointed by the lackluster offerings and dismal conditions at this establishment.

From the moment I laid eyes on the burger and fries served to me, it was evident that they had been previously frozen. The burger patty was dry and tasteless, lacking the juicy freshness that characterizes a truly exceptional burger. The accompanying fries fared no better, with a texture and flavor that screamed of mass production and freezer burn. The overall lack of quality and care in the preparation of the food was palpable in every unsatisfying bite.

To add insult to injury, the state of the restrooms at Burger Boy was nothing short of appalling. The facilities were unkempt, unhygienic, and left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The lack of basic sanitation standards reflected poorly on the overall management and attention to detail at this establishment.

Comparing my experience at Burger Boy to renowned burger chains such as In-N-Out and Five Guys only served to highlight the stark deficiencies of the former. The subpar quality of the food and the dismal state of the facilities paled in comparison to the exceptional standards of excellence upheld by these industry leaders. In-N-Out and Five Guys have set the bar high when it comes to fresh, flavorful burgers and impeccable customer service, qualities that were sorely lacking during my visit to Burger Boy.

In conclusion, my visit to Burger Boy was a regrettable mistake that served as a stark reminder of the importance of upholding high standards in the food service industry. Until Burger Boy takes significant steps to improve the quality of its offerings, including using fresh ingredients and maintaining clean facilities, I will be taking my business elsewhere to establishments that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. In the competitive landscape of burger joints, Burger Boy falls short in every aspect, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional...

Short review: Everything was great the only thing was it's piercing bright inside with the sun shining through! I will come back though!

Long detailed review: Today was the first time I stepped into Burger Boy to support my child's school PTA fundraiser. I must say that their customer service is very friendly, approachable and overall excellent. I personally was very tired and had a long day at work but the guy at the register kept his smile through out and helped me find something I would like to try. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered a hot dog with some toppings, I had asked for tomatoes as well and he let me know that they don't have them chopped but they can put it in there, which was fine by me. I ordered a burger and fries for my child. We didn't need anything to drink as my in laws arrived before us and had ordered ahead shakes for the kids. After I paid he was very nice offered us cups for water, which for me is always a plus! We received the food and it smelled delicious, the fries were so good, nice crunch texture and still soft in the inside. My hotdog was a little greasy for my preference but it tasted great and they even chopped up the tomatoes for me! I will order it again. They came to check on us and you don't really see that anymore at fast food restaurants so again customer service 100%. The only small thing that I didn't give 5 star for was the windows of course beautifully tall but it was so bright with the sun piercing inside I wasn't sure if there were shades or not but it was slightly an inconvenience trying to have a conversation with the family facing the amount of sun shining through. OVERALL I did enjoy my experience and I will return for my delicious hotdog and fries plus whatever else my family orders. THANK YOU BURGER BOY!

P.S: Bathrooms were also clean and my kids loved the...
