No complaints here...in fact this was one of the best dinners we had in awhile... Johnathan our server is a prime example of great service. Johnathan kept checking on us and refiling our drinks...jeep the bread sticks coming bud...came for dinner with my wife, two toddlers and a teenage son right before rush hour traffic...not only did we beat traffic but we also beat the dinner rush. We had the large sharing shells, lasagna classic, a steak and some spaghetti....the dinner plates were delicious and all our children were actually well behaved because of it...you can't talk n play around if your eating delicious food. I had a refreshing long island tea to wash down my tasty lasagna. The mix drink was on point. The salad was cold n fresh and the Italian house dressing is my fave...we actually keep a bottle in the fridge! You can purchase at the restaurant or at the grocery store. Our meals were served right on time...soon as we were done with the salad and tasty soup entree the main course was placed before us...the mozzarella appetizers were so cheesy and everything else was great. The fee guest chatter, and lighting set an ambiance, mellow mood that went perfect with our delicious meal and great service...we will be back...please bring back the chicken STUFFED marsala, marsela or however you spell it...that was the best dish Olive Garden had in my opinion...you used to be able to order it as a secret menu option...but no longer available :( other than that...everything was top notch, A plus two forks up! Thanks again Johnathan. Dinner for five averaged a hundred bucks plus tip $120 total. Well worth it....enjoy!

Visited this restaurant Saturday afternoon for the first time. It was not busy. Employees had masks on, most customers did not. The waitress was friendly but wasn't aware if pesto could be ordered on angel hair pasta instead of marinara sauce. (yes, it could). There were no daily specials, although the scaled-down paper menu hinted of such during the week. The chicken & gnocchi soup was ..eh? Most entrees were $15-18, except for the 'build your own pasta plate' that started at $11.49 but add $3.49 if you want meatballs (3), chicken, or such. Breadsticks are provided. Although the quantity of the pasta was good, the overall flavor was average (I would have preferred a 'wetter' pesto sauce), certainly nothing to 'gotta have it again flavor' to bring you back. Your mileage and choice of a meal may vary of course...

This Olive Garden location is putting in the effort and delivering a great family dinner experience. My son was asking for Olive Garden as he had never been. We enjoyed our booth and he thought the classic music playing made the restaurant feel fancy. Of course, like everyone he loved the breadsticks and after my whiskey, we went to use the bathroom, only leaving our silverware and water cups. The busser was being proactive and cleaned up our table, the manager began apologizing when we got back to the table and so did the waiter. I really didn’t care as the only thing they removed was silverware lol. They ended up giving us a free piece of cake that my son wanted and our entrées were delicious. We had a great time. My son said he was too full to laugh when he left, first time I’ve heard that. Thanks!

The food was delicious and came out quickly. That’s was the only good thing about this visit. When I arrived the hostess was very rude. I walked up to the hostess stand and she said nothing I said hello cheerfully and she said hi flatly then I said can I have a table for 2 and a baby and she asked if I need a baby sling I said no she’s toddler and she rolled her eyes and said then it’s for 3 ( I don’t know the rules I guess since I don’t work there) then I am 99 percent sure that she sat us in a closed section and at a huge table when there was only 3 of us. Then we waited over 20 minutes as multiple servers walked past the table at this point my daughter is getting very hungry so my mother gets up and goes back to the front to ask for someone to get us something to drink the hostess came and grab the first server she saw and asked if he could wait on us and he was saying he didn’t want too. But finally decided to come over then gave us a story about how this wasn’t his table and he already had 3 tables. Finally we could order drinks after that spiel. And we order food and apps at the same time. Apps can out first. Then salad. No drinks. Finally asked again for a drink with a chuckle he said he forgot and went to get them. Finally at the end of the meal I am wanting to know the name of the rude hostess that had coldly greeted me and had been giving me dirty looks as she’s passed me. I go up to the Horst stand where a manger with blond hair is standing along with 2 other hostess and asked what the hostess that greeted me name was she said Lauren the manager didn’t even look up. And I know her name was not Lauren cause it looked like a long name. Terrible terrible service for an expensive meal. I do not think me or my family was welcomed there and I am not sure why. Will not...

We went to this location for a family birthday dinner. The experience began nicely and everything was as expected. However, our original waitress had to leave and passed our table on to Kalie shortly after taking our drink and appetizer orders. From go, Kalie seemed as though she was in over her head and couldn’t handle the stress of a six top. We only saw her taking care of one other table. All of us dining have been servers before so we’re pretty relaxed when dining out. She took our dinner orders and we asked her for refills when she had a moment. About ten minutes later, another server happened to notice our drinks being empty and refilled them for us. Kalie didn’t come by the table often and when she did, she seemed visibly overwhelmed and frustrated at any and all requests. At the end of the meal, we asked for to go drinks. She brought out three and we let her know that the ziosk wasn’t allowing us to split the check. We also asked if we could get the other three to go drinks when she was able to. As she was leaving the table, she muttered something under her breath. All we managed to hear was “Well what do you want me to do first?!” At this point, we asked the nearest server if we could speak to a manager. The biggest frustration was that the manager barely let us explain the issue and when we were finally able to do so, her response was that “she was probably just having a rough day.” We stated that we all have rough days, but that’s not the appropriate way to handle it. We ended up having another server cash us out, but we never even got an apology for the actions of our server. Food was good; service and attitude of staff was terrible. We were highly disappointed with...

Never eating at this location again, and I cannot recommend it. Bad service aside, there are cleanliness issues. We watched the table next to us being cleared, and the guy first threw all the dishes and used glasses onto a tray, then took a rag from the tray that had just been splattered with leftover food and drink and used that rag to mop up the table, then he set THE SAME WINE GLASSES from the previous guest on the table to be used by the next guest. It made us seriously question the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. On top of that, our waiter was very rude, to the point that my sister and I wondered if we were being discriminated against. His service was so negligent-- for example, he asked if we knew what we wanted and we said yes, so he pulled up the menu on the little electronic console and told us to enter our orders on that and then he just walked away. Someone else brought us our food. He asked if we wanted more bread sticks and we said yes, but we never got them. When he finally brought us our drink refills, he told us to order dessert-- he didn't ask, he told us to. He then demanded three more times, as he was passing by our table to attend to other guests, that we get dessert. We had been planning to order some cake, but he made us not want to anymore. The last thing was, as we were leaving, several staff members were leaning on the host stand laughing and gossiping together, but no one said anything at all to us on our way out. I've been to many different Olive Garden locations before-- growing up it was one of my grandparents' favorite places to take us on the weekends-- but I have never seen such horrible service at any Olive...
