What an absolute jerk who owns this place. I cannot believe the attitude that was given to my relative who came into this store. I am literally seething after hearing the words that were said to her. So sorry that she had “the nerve” to ask for a price on a piece of furniture, the owner commented about how “nothing is priced, if it’s not worth asking the price then you don’t want it anyway”. I will not repeat half of the other words he said but beyond disrespectful. I’m not really a fan of people who elevate a situation much farther than it should have been taken/handled in the first place. Miscommunication and public embarrassment. Pieces of trashy antiques that you could probably find for better prices anywhere else in Ohio. Will not be coming...

Rustys is the best place when seeking unique pieces or just looking to fill some time in your day! We often visit just to say Hi to the owner and see whats new at the shop. They are constantly turning over new items and offer incredible deals! Hands down this is our favorite antique shop!! We love Rusty and his wonderful team!! Not to mention we dont even hesitate visiting with us being over an hour and a half...

My son bought a automaton online from Sean. We had some bumps in the road with ETSY not letting him know we had placed the order then with USPS. Sean was a trooper through it all. Best customer service EVER!!! Also the packaging was awesome as you could tell they took the time to ensure it wouldn't break upon delivery. Looking forward to additional purchases...
