Subway — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I don't really know if there was a good part of my experience at this Subway. The first thing you hear when you walk in is "Do you have an online order?" Was very offputting. The guy Logan was complaining loudly the whole time we were there about how he was supposed to train someone and they were 40 minutes late. My husband ordered a protein bowl and the guy filled it with lettuce before even asking, and then informed us they didn't have spinach (which would've went in my husband's bowl instead of lettuce and also on my sandwich). The bread used for my daughters sub was flat like it had been squished. My chicken teriyaki was okay, but was not hot in the middle. Logan tried to put the smallest amount of steak in my husband's protein bowl and the girl working took it from him and made a proper portion. They were both really obnoxious the whole time we were there. Also, didnt know this location doesn't have soup anymore. And the fountain drink machine didn't work so we were forced to buy the more expensive bottled drinks. They should have at least been given to us at fountain drink price. It doesn't seem like this place has it together very well. Probably won't be coming back...

Stopped in this morning to get a few subs. The worker let the toaster go off until she was done with the other subs, which then burnt our bread- I questioned the first one and asked if the bread was hard, she replied with “No it just looks like that because it’s wheat.” My other 2 sandwiches were on white bread… They came out looking exactly the same due to her not taking them out the first time when the toaster was beeping indicating it was done. I then asked to feel the 1st sandwich that was wheat bread and it in fact- was hard/crunchy. I then told her that I was going to pass on all the sandwiches due to the bread being burnt. She then replied that is how they are supposed to be when toasted… She may eat burnt food but we are not. Also- the quality of the food was very...

Poor service. The guy working there was not very nice. We got there at 8:30 pm and on the door it said they close at 10:00 pm but while we were eating he said "I'm sorry but your going to have to leave I have to have the door locked at 9:00 pm." I ask the guy to toast my sandwich his response was "I already shut it off". I ask for lettuce on my sandwich his response was "it's in the back and I can't bring it up here." Pop machine wasn't working, no tea. Then we don't get a receipt. This is the third time we have gotten bad service. Probley will not be back to this store. I'm not sure who runs this store but you need to do more training and if you do close at 9:00 pm on a Saturday, you need...
