Melissa worked with me in November 2020 to create a custom engagement ring for my husband. I felt very welcome in the store and she worked within my budget to create a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind ring. In the process I decided to ask if she would redesign my own engagement ring to match his, and she took the extra work on without any issues. The end result were two beautiful rings, my old engagement ring setting used to make a beautiful pearl ring for my daughter, and appraisals for the engagement rings. Her jewelry is exquisite and she has a well-established career which gives her access to many options for you when it comes to finding a special jewel. The Montana sapphire we found for my husband's ring was breathtaking. The entire experience was feel-good start to finish, which made a huge difference as it was my first time buying jewelry this high-quality. I also want to note that several years before I came in looking for simple gold earrings because of an allergy. What I could afford at that time was pretty minimal, but the staff at the store treated me like a Queen nonetheless and helped me find many options...

I first heard of Melissa Designer Jewelry from two clients of mine who had their wedding bands made by Melissa. My husband gifted this piece of art (that sits on my finger) for my birthday & to commemorate the birth of our daughter. The stone is in relation to our daughter’s birthstone. The gold work designed around the stone is feminine, organic, and yet still powerful. When I came to Melissa I had an idea I wanted in my head; but Melissa showed me sketches designed for my setting that made me go a completely different direction… and I’m so glad I did because Melissa designed and created a masterpiece! My husband and I worked with Melissa to redesign my engagement ring and alter my wedding ring; offering her wisdom on design structure and listening intently to all of our dreams and visions for the design, she created rings that surpassed all of our hopes. The engagement ring is dainty, while being incredibly sturdy to last a lifetime while the wedding band matches perfectly. Melissa worked with us on every part of the process, remaining available to my emails and in-person visits. Despite her busy schedule, whenever we sat down in person with her to discuss designs, plans, and updates, she remained so interpersonal and engaged -- never rushing us. Melissa and her team's customer service is the highest quality I have experienced and we will continue to work with her to create heirloom pieces in future.
