My husband, our son, and I went to The East End for dinner on Tuesday. My husband is a huge crab leg fan, so I wanted him to try out the all you can eat crab legs that they offer on Tuesdays. I will note that this restaurant is not handicapped accessible at all. There is a handicapped parking spot, but it's on an incline, which can be hard to deal with and even hazardous. There are stairs leading up from the outside door to a landing with 2 inside doors, which is a bit confusing. There is a step up to the hallway where the bathroom is, and the stalls are standard, no handicapped accessible ones. The dining space is tight, too, so it's hard to move around even without a mobility device. Despite the lack of handicapped accessibility, it is a nice restaurant. It has a clean open feeling even with close tables. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. It is kid friendly, though they don't have regular drinks listed on the menu as they focus on alcohol. It's a little pricey with higher end items like Angus steak burgers, crab legs, and cheese steak egg rolls, but it is worth it.

Just left dinner at The East End and I was so impressed I had to write a review. First of all I am not sure I’ve had better service. I think Jake was my servers name and he was fun and attentive. Made my young boys feel like grown ups getting low and talking right to them. He was training someone who also did a great job! And then I assume the manager came to check how everything was. Brought ice cream and all the toppings to give to my boys. They LOVED it. I HIGHLY recommend the fried mozzarella… wow! All the food we ordered was delicious. An experience we won’t forget and will likely be back many times!

First time diners at this location, Saturday at 5 PM. Food and service (Ashley) were great. Music a bit too loud/bass too deep. We had a nice table in front of the fireplace. Ordered the French Onion Soup which was very tasty. Wings were plump and fresh. 50/50 Burger was generous in size, but French Fries were a bit wimpy in texture and amount. Dessert was Chocolate Cream pie. We'll definitely be back, but we'll try earlier in the afternoon, hopefully at a quieter time.

Went on a Friday night. Got there a little after 7. Hostess Ashley took our name wrote 5 to 15 mins for wait time. They had 3 empty tables when I asked after 10 mins why we couldnt sit there we were told there was no servers. But 5 mins later bc of it raining they moved people who were outside to those tables. Carrying their food and everything. My husband said I'm done and we left. Then we got a call while we were driving to red robin they now had a table available for us. When I called her out on seating those people she lied and said they had a reservation. I called her out on the lie. We had service issues back at mothers day and now my parents wont go back. I emailed the owner about that situation and this one as well. When I got the response this time it was only bc I put it on Facebook and my husband said he ignored the facts and just made excuses in his email. Were just annoying him. We actually ran into another couple who have gone to both west and east end while we were at red robin and they wont go back either bc of their experience. In this day if people arent getting good service they will take their money somewhere else no matter if they like the food. I miss the one waiter, he went for the manager position and they gave it to someone else. Seems like that was a bad decision since this manager has been in place since we have been having issues. Doesnt pay to be a constant customer from the first month...

made reservations for 2, for a Tuesday night at 6 pm. Advertised all you can eat crabs for that evening, I guess that is why it was very full, glad we made reservations! Until we met the hostess who said it was going to be a while unless we wanted to sit at the bar. No thank you, we had a reservation. But we settled on a high top table in the bar section. After 20 minutes, not one person acknowledged us or asked us for our drink order. Finally my husband went to the bar and ordered us drinks. Bartender said he would have someone right away wait on us. A busperson cleaned up the table next to us, and didn't even look our way. I went back to the hostess and she apologized and said someone would be there soon. Mentioned it a 2nd time to the bartender and he again apologized. 2 tables of patrons that were seated after us, also were fed up and they left before we did. After 45 minutes of absolutely not one staff member coming to our table, we left. The bartender said not to worry about us paying for the 2 drinks, which was nice. We mentioned to him that we were understanding that they were obviously busy, but if they didn't have the staff, then they shouldn't seat people. Only one wait staff did I see in the bar area, and he only checked on 2 tables at the dining room end of the room, I was so looking forward to dinner, it was my 50th birthday dinner. We will not be...

I cannot say enough good things about The East End! I tried it out for my birthday, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. I ordered a salted caramel apple martini to drink and it was caramel heaven in a glass. Perfectly sweet.

We got the fried pickle chips to start, and they are absolutely delicious! They don't have a too much breading/batter, like some can, so you get the perfect amount of pickle flavor.

I also ordered a cup of the soup de jour with my entree, and oh my gosh, I want them to make it a regular part of the menu. It was a Tuscan vegetable soup that was so hearty and perfectly make. I ordered the cajun pasta as my entree, and it was delicious, and not overly spiced, for people who don't do well with heat.

The portion sizes are great, and we could have easily split the pasta since we had an app and soup. The pasta's sauce did separate a bit on reheating as a leftover, but I'm not holding that against them.

The staff is super friendly and helpful too! It's hard to tell from the street, but there is actually plenty of parking behind the building, as well as a...
