The bikes were in excellent condition, super comfortable, and made exploring Hilton Head a breeze. Jason took the time to give us great local tips and even adjusted the seats perfectly for our kids, which made all the difference. Fantastic experience at Arrow E-Bikes!! I was shopping for a used E-Bike and Arrow came highly recommended by my friends. Jason, at Arrow, helped me choose the best bike for my purposes and I could not be more pleased. On the first full day of riding I felt the shifter needed some adjustment. I called Jason and he stopped by that afternoon to check it. He felt it best to replace it with a new one so he took my bike with him, replaced the shifter and cables, and returned it to me in 2d. GREAT, friendly service. I have now had the bike for a month (100+mi of riding) and love everything about it. We made a last-minute booking—just 10 minutes before closing—on Valentine’s Day after another e-bike shop unexpectedly closed early, leaving us stranded.
