Tim and Ken are the absolute BEST. I knew Tim from past experience at New England Jewelry, and he provides incredible customer service and truly knows his stuff. Because of such a positive interaction with Tim, I brought my great grandmother’s antique wedding ring in to get fixed and restored last month (a previous jeweler did not do a good job, to put it nicely, restoring it after promising me they could absolutely without a doubt get it back to how it was…that’s a story for another day). When speaking to Ken who does all of the restorations, he pointed out the damage in the ring, what the previous jeweler did wrong that couldn’t be reversed, and I was so upset. BUT Ken assured me that he had knowledge that most jewelers don’t have in this day and age, and he assured me he could fix it to the best of his ability but given what the other jeweler did he likely couldn’t restore it 100%. Well, he called me personally to tell me the ring was ready and he shared with me how he was able to restore it back to the way it was and he said “this is what the ring looked like when your great grandmother wore it.” I was in shock. In awe. Over the moon happy! He fixed every area that was damaged and restored it back to its original state without compromising any intricate detail of the ring. It is back to being the gorgeous ring my great grandmother and grandmother both wore in their living years. I will forever...

I went to New England Jewelry to have my two diamond rings soldered together. When Ken informed me what I thought were diamonds were glass I wanted them replaced with good-quality diamonds. I love New England Jewelry!! Tim and his wife are so welcoming and genuine. They are so helpful and truly work with you with anything you need. I first started doing business when them when Tim designed an upgraded wedding band and diamond ring 15 years ago. You will never have a jeweler go to the lengths that Tim will for you. It is a family tradition in my family that the grandmother buy a matching gold metal for granddaughters when they turn 10. I needed 3 as I have 3 granddaughters. I and my daughter wear this metal. Tim did not have access to them through his vendors. That didn’t stop him. He researched and found them. He sent me the information. I purchased them then worked with him for chains and engravings.
