I recently ordered a hot end mount from these clowns, and the experience has been terrible. If you are the type of consumer who expects a company to be professional and treat the customers with respect, then do not order from these trolls. I accidentally ordered the wrong part, (because the way they have the product description is confusing) instead of helping me, customer service was rude, smarmy, insulting, and berated me with put downs and bullied me with harassing emails. The refund policy is designed to make you take a bath trying to send something back. I have never witnessed a company be so aggressive and hostile about a small refund, it's not even that much money. These guys are a joke, with nothing better to do than insult their customers and bully other people on the internet. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I cannot speak more highly of TH3d's support, and in reality if I could could rate it higher on here I would. What started as an extrusion issue, led into a 6 month battle with my CR-10 to figure out how to fix it. Ups and downs of it working and not working I finally have everything resolved. How? A little bit google, but a lot bit of help and support from Tor Blazeby. He went above and beyond what I would expect from any support and it is truly appreciated. I started with purchasing the EZABL, but after working with him I ended up getting more upgrades (to fix my problem, and for fun) directly from TH3D. Let's not forget the Unified 2 Firmware! Super easy install that is easy to follow thanks for well written instructions complete with step by step pictures. They make everything easy to follow and simple to understand. Even better is the firmware is all set for numerous boards and other third party options.
