I should have read the reviews before ordering here. I had an online order done at 7:09 for pick up at 7:19. I arrive at 7:20 and go inside. As I stand by the online order sign to pick up my Should be done strawberry shake and a founders fav,

I wait for over 5 minutes while no one acknowledges me. I ask out loud if my order will be ready soon, and they finally ask the name. I give them the name and they say it will be ready soon.

Mind you, by this time people are walking in and ordering and getting their shakes and ice creams custom orders quickly. I stand and wait there until 7:40 when they finally hand me my order.

I ask why my online order put through at 7:09 was not completed until 7:40, and the girl in the front who I find out to be Renee said it takes about 20 minutes to make that particular type of ice cream. 20 MINUTES TO MAKE ICE CREAM AND A SHAKE??? I then glance at a girl in the back on her cell phone, ironically next to a no phone sign, who is named Maddi and she then proceeds to tell me that the system they use does not give them notification as to when they get online orders. That seemed like an ample excuse to give to a customer while other customers walk in and receive their items quickly.

In the time of COVID-19 where people such as myself do not feel comfortable waiting in establishments right now for that long around what clearly was more then 10 people as the sign on the door states are only allowed, that business would check probably check their online orders coming in.

The health department should check on this place and see that they clearly have more then 10 customers! At a time...

was my first time here and what a mess! theres no actual line formation, but we waited for 10 min until it was our turn next. the employee helped the 2 people behind us instead. did not ask who was next in line that could be helped. i said something but had to wait until the next available employee. total wait time was 15 minutes. then when we ordered something but got something else. no biggie there. but she did not attempt to correct the mistake or just make what we asked for. then while ordering mine, i asked what on the menu was gluten and dairy free, since theres nothing on the menu to indicate that. she said she did not know and had to ask a manager. that manager did not know either. employee making the smoothies said that anything on the menu that says almond milk, yogurt, non fat dairy all contain milk however almond milk is actually dairy free and when i said that she said oh yeah i forgot. ok. well i pretty much know what i can and cant have but was just being cautious. i went with the chocolate chimp. cocoa banana honey vanilla & whey protein. i substituted the whey protein with pea protein. the smoothie was so solid after being blended she had to add a ton of water to it. it didnt even fill my medium cup but i wasnt even going to say anything to her because i was already done with the place at this point. the smoothie literally tastes like water. i will never come back here. nobody seems to be trained on allergies in their products. nobody is courteous. ill keep my...

Have been several times and never going back. Terrible experience here once you walk in the door your greeted with attitude and a dirty look. Walked in 15 mins before closing the other night to get ice cream for everyone game night Celtics and was immediately told “we are closing so I may not be able to serve you”. 2 lazy entitled employees working and only 2 customers in the store. The lazy employee (young teen blonde) took her time and was so madd she gave both the customers in front of me attitude continued dirty looks and also threw one out that was walking in behind me a couple mins later. I waited once it was my turn to order it was 8:58 and the young girl working there (white young blonde miserable looking) told me she’s closed and not serving me lol what a joke place. The other employee refused to help and was miserable lazy and agreed with co worker as well of course (young black skinny wears a hat short dreads hair). AVOID AVOID Long story short I got on the phone with the manager because they think they can just run people out of there at anytime and I wasn’t leaving. The lazy employees made up any excuses to there manager on the phone because they didn’t want to work very simple ! All could have been avoided. Manager offered something out of the freezer !
