Absolutely perfect! This is the design and quality I always want from American made products. I am so pleased with the quality of the Jackie stools and chairs. I searched for quite a while to find Extra high bar stools for a 46 inch high counter in my kitchen. I was hoping to find something made in USA, nice quality and with a coordinating chair. When I called Holland stool after seeing some products online, the lovely customer service agent I talked to sent out color chips for both metal and wood finishes so I would be sure to get the perfect match, and she referred me to a few retailers that carried the combination I wanted. When the stools and chairs arrived, they were packed really well and in perfect condition. The metal finish is elegant, and the oak seat is very solid and nicely finished. I recently purchased a billiard table light fixture from a third party seller which came from Holland Bar Stool Co. Shortly after the installation, the trim around the lamp shades began to come loose due to defective glue. I contacted Holland Bar Stool customer service by email. Within 24 hours, Amanda in Customer Service contacted me and said they would be happy to replace the defective shades and encouraged me to send photos so that their operations manager could troubleshoot the issue so that it did not recur. Sure they may cost a little more than what you can find. But hands down. None are as comfortable. And the wide selections of metals. Woods and coverings is outstanding.
