I have been in this store only two times. Both times I have left feeling irritated. Both times I have left buying absolutely nothing. I will never go in there again! Today I went in looking for something a family member mentioned they would like for Xmas. I found the item but the only one they had was put together backwards. I inquired if they had more, and they didnt. They did say it's just pins and could probably be flipped around. They offered it to me for $20 it was 24.99. I was going to buy it but while standing in line I started to wonder if I didn't work out would they accept a return. I waited forever for the manager to come up front and they said no. She did say they would try to do it. She took it in the back and I waited some more. It was a candle holder decor item and the metal plate that said merry christmas on the front of it was backwards. Someone finally brought it back out and they had flipped it around. It was ok but still a little not quite right. The edges of the metal plate were slightly warped and discolored. I was ok with that though. She hands it to me and says oh by the way now you have to pay full price. I was so done at this point. Horrible customer service, I waited for a very long time, and the store is a disaster! Just no! I had other things I was going to pick up as well but yet again I bought nothing and will continue to...

Home Goods is the best! My only problem is that I often go in the store with one thing I need get and I often end up with a bunch of other things and not the item I needed. That is my fault, not Home Goods. 😊 I went in for linen spray and walked out with a dog toy, dog bed cover, dish dry pad, an item that helps you unclog your drain, and a couple bags of chips for my mom. They did have linen spray, but I didn't like the smell. So it was a no go for the spray, but I did well on the other items. It is a great store to give a person ideas for their home and is reasonable in price. They have nice workers and are willing to help you. It is always a great experience...

Terrible return policy. I’ve always enjoyed their products but had a bad experience during my last encounter. I had purchased a pillow which had a loose seam which allowed a tassel to fall out. I had owned it for two weeks before realizing the dream was loose. I no longer had the tags but did have a receipt. They refused to return or exchange it because it was used. Well, of course it was used, I hadn’t intended on returning it! It’s unfortunate they won’t stand behind the products they sell. Take your business to target or hobby lobby for your decorating needs at that...
