Jean Marie's — Local services in Holland Charter Township

Normally I love JM and your staff! Been a long time customer. But I went to the store downtown Holland on Sunday. And did not get any warm and fuzzies from the staff. I have never felt so uncomfortable in the store ever! They made me feel uncomfortable and I feel like they body shammed me bc I was asking if they had any additional size shackets. As I I was first told you carried sizes s-3xl but you really only had size s and mediums in most of the shackets. And only like 1 maybe 2 lrg and that was it. And the lady very rudely told me no, when I asked if the other store carried more sizes that they only went up to lrg and xl max. She aLao said there were no xl in stock at all. Which I get you run out of sizes and if the brand doesn’t carry the extend sizes I get that, but her tone and facial expression was what I didn’t like and got bad vibes. And then too I would love to suggest you find some shackets in the extended sizes bc they are very popular right now. Needles to say idk if I will go back to...

Jean Marie's has always been a customer centered business. The stylists are very good at their jobs and really connect with their customers. My friend and I visited recently just before 6:00 - thinking they closed at 8. Maria and another worker were very helpful as we perused and tried things on. We were there about an hour and only found out when we were leaving that they had closed at 6! We were so mortified but they were so understanding and kind. They never kicked us out or mentioned that they were closed. What amazing customer service this is!...

Was so impressed with the store in Holland! It is clean and organized, and easily accessible. The selection is great, we found so many great items; from clothing to accessories, jewelry and cute home decor. Honestly, their customer service is top notch!
