Dropped off my Kenwood 2-meter transceiver and an Astron power supply on January 10th. I called multiple times throughout January, February, and March and was told he was still waiting on parts. I called again in early April and was told the same thing. I explained that we were leaving on a trip for 6 months and that I would have to pick them up repaired or not by the end of the month. I called him the morning of April 27th and told him I was on my way. He said that he just got to work on the power supple on Thursday (2 days before) and had not had a chance to look at the transceiver at all. So, for 3 months when he told me he was waiting on parts, was a lie since he didn't even take the cover off until 2 days before I came to pick it up.
