Diana & Amelia are the 'Dynamic Duo' of Cricket. These two work together flawlessly. There were already 2 customers at the counter when I arrived. I fully expected to wait, but Diana quickly stepped out and started helping me select a phone... as she continued to help customer #2. And she and Amelia both kept helping customer #1. Us three customers had various problems requiring phone calls and retries for information. Only Customer #4 just needed a charger that was missing from her I-phone (Yes it has a non standard USB jack -- making you spend $40 for Apple product). They did this all working together -- Amelia helped with part of my transaction while Diana helped her other customer. Amelia helped customer #4 with charger while customer #1 resolved something. Amelia also helped with customer #2.
All this time apologizing for delay. It has been a long time since I've see two people work together so seamlessly AND multitask multiple customers. Three of us went away very happy. Customer #1... Well, even with an extended phone call to Corporate (I'm guessing) it was impossible to get them a phone today.
Diana & Amelia -- You made my Heart Feel Good today. You give me hope for the millennial generation.
Re: COVID precautions. Plastic protectors at counter... And surfaces sanitized ASAP. Please note; Amelia - the supervisor in the Duo - started wiping surfaces while Diana finished setting up my phone. My favorite Boss/Supervisor ever, Never made be do a task he wouldn't do himself. I was just too...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The customer service is horrible. With the exception of James. The card machines we're not working he went to ask for help. I watched the manager belittle him in front of everyone, walk away and not help us. Finally I got my phone replaced but had to go back because they double charged me. To quote the extremely rude/unprofessional manager, " call customer service. I'm just a store manager, what do you expect me to do about it?" .
This was after she had already loudly sighed at me when I said I needed help. I tried to continue to ask for help but she became escalated ,& I no longer felt comfortable there. I asked for the number for customer service, she yelled the number at me. So I asked for her name and she got angry waived her hand and said " Mmm I'm trying be nice right now but!" so I told my son we are out of here. As we left she was calling her manager talking trash about me to her boss. I'm not sure if she thought I was rolling my eyes at her because I have severe nystagmus and in response got rude/defensive from the start or what her deal was. . By far the worst customer service ever & if she's allowed to manage the store you can only imagine how bad other people's experiences have been. To summarize: Cricket phone service is great, the location on International has an amazing staff go there instead & Holly Hill...
Read moreMy husband and I went in to price two phones with monthly plans. Not only were they very knowledgeable and quick to tend to us but as we are being taken care of, a older lady walked in and immediately started asking questions. Brian was already clocked out and on his way out the door. He stopped dead in his tracks and without a huff or buff gladly helped this woman. She had lots of questions and for someone who was due to be out the door already he had zero problem going over and beyond to help her. I have worked customer service for 22 years and the customer service they provided is very rare these days. Their personalities were a blast and they made for a awesome first time experience at Cricket. By the looks of it we will be long time customers with this company due to two staff members who went over and beyond their pay grade. Thanks again you...
