I hate when I go there and there's Sara there who thinks she the one who runs everything in the that store, barely listening or helping give a solution for questions I ask about, as well as rushing me to buy something then to leave as well, the store needs better employees, that don't see there customers as just walking money but as a human being who wants to purchase something's I would want, and not get forced to buy something that I didn't want, just because the lady wants me out the store quickly doesn't make it right to try and sell me a couple of different things that I didn't come into the store for. So in conclusion I am going to be going to another smoke shop in different locations because everytime I come in and the lady is there, she always try to sell me things that I don't want, and then when I would see what I need on the shelf's and tell her that I need that specific item, she would tell me that they was out of stock meanwhile the item I wanted was on the shelf and it was the one hitter box, I showed her what I wanted and she still had the nerve to tell me " we are out of that particular item, and how it was a display" I hope whoever owns this franchise read there reviews because so far everytime I go in there to buy something's specific, the lady would always try to sell me something completely different from what I wanted, and when she can't make me buy the item I never wanted, she would tell me we don't have them in stock or we are waiting for new shipment, like the excuses just keeps going on and on. If the owner reads the reviews please try and fix this, because yall are the closest smoke shop to me nd when I come in when the young man works, he takes his time , listens to what questions I have to ask, gives details on details about most of the products and gives me his opinions on certain items I would be looking for and tell me about his experiences with some of the same items I would be looking at to buy. In the end I went to the store one time when the young man worked there, and it showed me the different between the Hywaze employees, what I mean by this is, the lady always would rush me out and try and sell me things that I do not need and things I was not looking for, meanwhile the young man listens and helps and he don't care how long it is, he rather see the customer is happy with there purchase then seeing them upset with something...

Read moreI went in 2 days ago and bought a starter vape and some e liquid for like 40 bucks. I went with the mission of trying to quit smoking. I honestly really liked the staff I went in and met with. The guy was very nice and helpful. But the next day on my way to work the pens glass tank had broken in my pocket. In my work pants no less. And it's not like I was smacking into stuff. I'm usually pretty careful with my expensive things. So not only did I have to bus all the way back home change and then back to work. But when I called them and asked like hey what's up with the tank. Can I like buy a new part without having to buy a brand new pen. The dude said yeah I totally understand not having to want to buy a new pen. But it was working when you bought it and left sooo. I said yeah it wasn't actually, it wasn't charged so I didn't get to test it till I got home ( it did work btw ). But that wasn't the problem the problem was the tank shattered. I'd assume putting the pen in the front pocket of jeans it'd be pretty safe. I know from years of retail that when a customer says there's a problem, you don't just put the blame on them. Faulty parts happen. Luckily my buddy gave me his pen and I won't need to go back and hassle with pricing.
