The young man assisting me that day took my debit card used it to Finance from Smart pay without my knowledge a company I was later told by the manager they use to Finance phones I had no knowledge of this until I received bank alerts that Smart pay was debit from my checking account ...called Smart pay there was no account in my name however he used my debit card that day to make the down payment followed by several more debit attempts by Smart pay. I spoke to the manager he told me after talking with the young man that initially assisted me that day that I was paying for a phone I explained to him that we got promotion phones that day mine was free my husband was$ 39.99 which I paid that day .after about 45 minutes the manager printed out a invoice I asked to see and It was all the evidence I needed to prove all itemized property I never received but was being financed through my debit card information ... That's whats happening at this store Don't do business here. I gave One star because I wanted it to be posted they...

If you come to the store, bring your patience with you. Be nice to the people behind the counter. Metro only schedules one employee on Sunday. They should really have 2 people working the counters at all times. It's unfair to everyone.

I was lucky enough to work with Jay. He has been with the company for 10 years, and there is good reason why. When it was my turn, he exceeded my expectations. He set up my new line and phone, got my tablet working and provided a customer service experience that people could really learn from. It's all about how you talk to people. He controlled the room while managing each issue, one at a time.

This particular store has the absolute worst employee I have ever seen, he was rude to the customer ahead of us for over an hour while he tried to upsell him every few minutes until the man was so irritated by the time he left the store I thought he might punch him. Then it was my turn and he was talking down to me and rude right off the bat and made a derogatory comment about the previous customer not being able to make up his mind. I asked a question and got an immediate rude response and I said, no thank you I'll try another store, which I did but on hearing that he got extremely rude and belligerent. I will never go back to that store again! Extremely bad...
