He went to his restaurant on a Thursday night and it was moderately busy. Our waiter came over after about 15 minutes of us sitting near and asked for our drink order. He never introduced himself and you could barely hear him underneath his mask as he was mumbling. We get our drinks and I found that that 1 of our cups was not washed and had all sorts of things floating in the water. I asked him if he could get us a drink and it took him 10 minutes to bring back a glass of water. At that point we had been there for over 30 minutes and had not yet order. He came back, took our orders and disappear for another 20 minutes. Our food came out and didn't look bad to start. I ordered a chimichanga with ground beef and it came out with steak. Not a big deal but I just asked them if it was possible to remake it with ground beef. He replied that he could not do that and he was very sorry. We had received the check which didn't even have the correct information on it so we paid and were ready to leave. I requested that speak to a manager just so he was aware of the experience and instead of asking how he could correct it he just said next time to ask for Ramon and dinner was on him. He was a very nice guy but we were looking for some corrective action right then and there after this experience there most certainly will not be...

Enjoyed and would return. We dined as a large party of 4 families, on a Saturday, late afternoon. Service was patient and prompt as our party trickled in. Plenty of chips and salsa were offered, and the separate checks were correctly organized. The food: The menu is quite extensive, with more special type dishes than I've seen in most Mexican restaurants. Prices were a little higher than expected, but not unreasonably. Everybody seemed to enjoy what they ordered. I had the "gigantic" Baja California burrito [pictured] with steak and I really enjoyed it. It was a huge burrito, stretching across the entire platter, stuffed with lots of grilled onions and peppers and steak. Had a nice smoky flavor, with the right amount of char on veggies. Together with the moist fluffy rice and the queso cheese, it really satisfied my hunger. Can't believe I ate the whole thing! My brother ordered the same burrito with chicken, and it was even bigger.
