The change from sweet frog is incredibly disappointing. The same cost per cup, no matter how little you get, is a major bummer. I'm not filling up the entire huge cup for my toddler. We likely won't return. Very sad about that.
Edit to reply to the owner's reply:
While it may be cheaper per ounce, the convenience of not needing to get a half pound of frozen yogurt every time just to make it cost effective has been lost. Especially for small children.
While we sat and ate, the next 2 customers who came in were also confused that they were paying by the cup, not weight. One had a little girl maybe 2 years old and filled the cup maybe 25%.
After so many years, the change is unexpected and leaving us feeling tricked. Signage is inadequate. A small chalk sign at the front is not enough, I didn't even see it until after. There should be clear signage with the cups.
The dead eyed, unhelpful employee that was there when sweet frog was, offered no help to anyone. They should know to tell people when they come in and ask for a cup that things have changed, and that there's a new price system. Everyone I saw, before me and after me, asked him for a cup because they didn't realize the change. The confusion was clear, yet he just pointed to the new location,...
Read moreAwful. Would give zero stars if I could. Took our kids there for a sweet treat. They supposedly had childrenâs cups but (surprise, surprise) they were nowhere to be found. There also is an âoverflow feeâ for people who fill their cups over a little bit. So we all were scared of filling our cups up too much. Then, we get to the topping line, where the old, stale looking toppings are all messy and mixed together, my 4 year old reaches out and touches the side of a topping bin. The rude, unhelpful employee informs us that would be a $1.50 charge since my daughter touched it. So they still got us in the end. Would have argued, but the kiddos were excited for the yogurt. Will never go back and will certainly let all family and friends know not to waste their time unless they want to get nickel and dimed at every corner over some...
Read moreI love coming here for the great selection and often treat myself after a long day. However, I will not be coming here anymore. I brought my younger siblings here as a treat and they were very excited about it. But to my dismay, we are refused service because of age. I am an adult and repeated this many times, even offering my id. Yet the lady said my siblings could not be in here without an adult or guardian. I told her that I am their guardian and repeated I am an adult. It is extremely frustrating that we were refused service just because it doesn't look like I am their guardian. I get it, three black kids and a white woman who looks young, it doesn't seem like the ideal family, but looks should never determine service....
