Do not eat at this restaurant. Go anywhere else, but here. If you have a problem with your order they will not fix it, or give you a refund for the disgusting food you couldn't eat. When you complain they become irate, and act like they've never heard a complaint before. My mother didn't like her order today, and asked for a refund, or a new sandwich. The so-called "manager", Greyson, said he couldn't help her, and that she'd have to buy another sandwich instead. He said they, "Don't do refunds here." Even though she already gave them the sloppy food back. The staff often just stares at you like they have a hole in their head that they weren't born with. The staff also openly gossips about myself, and my family every time we eat there because I complained about the food a month ago. They act like it's their first job ever. Is this a restaurant, or a daycare?

Read moreKiller customer service. Killer prices. Killer food. It's not just another sandwich shop. The bread tastes fresh and is crispy (but not to the point it cuts up the roof of your mouth) and soft and warm on the inside. The toppings are fresh and kissed by the heat enough to pull some flavor out on the surface. No issues with the veggies, no brown lettuce, etc. Drinks are self serve which is nice because you don't have to wait when your drink is empty and you're thirsty for some overburdened waitress to remember you exist. Despite the lack of servers (this business is counter self-service) the employees still check on you a bunch and make sure you have everything you need.
I hope this business stays around for a long time and expands because this was an easy 5 star experience all 4 times I've...
Read moreI can't imagine why anyone is messing with Jimmy John's or Subway with a very good, fairly quick, and reasonably priced sandwich spot in a good location. Their actually edible bread and good toasted selection really set it apart, not to mention the unconventional ordering style. Don't go lining up without filling out your order ticket to the right, first. Pretty neat. You can skip all that if you want by ordering ahead, but they're quick enough most afternoons that it's not necessary. Their house chips are amazing if you want to skip the fries, which are just fine for crinkle cuts. Thise shakes and cookies look good, too, but I've managed to resist this far. Big fan of the brunchwich, myself, but the regular subs are...
