Called this place to see if they had brow lamination on 8/14 because I saw that on Groupon they has specials for lash lifts. They did not, on 8/14 have a Groupon for brow lamination. I really wanted to get my eyebrows done, called a few places, and this was the only place that had a spot available early in the morning, as I had to work in the afternoon. I arrive at the spa, it was small but cute and clean. I am was greeted by the person who did my eyebrows (forgot her name a blonde woman). She asked if this was my fist time getting this service and I said yes. Long story short, she laminated them, yes, but that was it. Did not offer to tint or shape the brows. She basically left them as is. I then asked her about after care and all she said was to stay away from water for 24 hours. THEN I asked her if it would be ok to immediately fill them in with my usual brow makeup and her response was, āsure sure not a problem.ā THANK GOD I started doing my research on care after lamination and about how youāre not only supposed to stay away from water for 24 hours, but should also avoid makeup, as well as constantly brush them with the spoolie they are supposed to provide you with. She provided me with none of that. So, I ended up paying $65 for this service, plus a 15% tip that was extremely hard for me to part with because I did not believe that she deserved it. Her work was subpar at best. Now today, 8/15 I go on Groupon and see that sheās offering lamination services for $44!!!! I was in shock. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be retuning to this place, I see people saying sheās good with the whole lash thing and that may be her thing, but she should definitely stay away from peopleās brows. Next time, I will definitely pay the $100 or $150 to have a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a Groupon for this company. Upon scheduling, the lady said they cannot accept Groupons. When I politely protested by reading her their āfine printā to show it was indeed valid, she disclosed that they ādonāt make money off it so go return it and we will charge you the same price as your Grouponā. First, that seemed dishonest and second I told her thatās not even an option since Iām outside of the 3-day return window since I purchased it the week before. She finally agreed to accept it and scheduled me for that Saturday at 2pm (how kind of herā¦sarcasm). I drove 45 minutes, arriving 15 minutes early. The open sign was on, but doors were locked and operating hours said open until 2pm. I called the phone number on the door where the same lady answered. When I told her the door was locked but I was there for my appointment her response was āoh you showed up? Iām not there, I had stuff to do.ā Seriously?! She was rude and obviously had no intention of redeeming my Groupon. I exchanged it through Groupon and would not waste my time with those incredibly rude...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe reason for 2 stars instead of one is because the man who did my lashes was super nice from beginning to end. But I didn't realize until I got home to really examine my lashes and I am not satisfied at all. The woman I spoke to who made my appointment told me not to purchase the groupon and that she would honor the price of $54, but I was charged $61 plus a $10 tip. Then I looked at my lashes and they are so lifted that they are almost flat against my top eye lid and just looks absolutely horrible. And what's even worse is my bottom lashes are pointing up and are all over the place. I've tried everything to get them back to normal but it's not working. I am not happy at all. I paid more than I should have for a service I now regret. š I've attached photos. I've had them done somewhere else in the past and loved them...but right now they are horrible. And I have mascara on because they didn't really...
