Just wanted to share my experience with this amazing place. I am just a fellow Bolivian visiting from Texas and was in Florida for two days. On our last night I found this restaurant and wanted to try the Bolivian food I so missed, the owners went out of their way, I mean they were literally closing, just to accommodate me and my huge order! We started with Pique Macho, which consists of homemade fries, steak, sausage, onions, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs. In addition, I tried the Chicharrón, which is fried pork with corn on the side. Discovered this place in a Yellow Green Farmers market and it had caught my attention because it looked like an empanada, but different from any I had tried before. OMG was it delicious! It has a soup inside the empanada and the dough has some sweetness as well. I recommend to anyone to check this out, it is called Salteña.
