During my first visit to the Yellow Green Farmers Market (couple of month ago), I stumbled upon the Italian stand and was offered a slice of baguette topped with Stracciatella cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Initially, I approached it without much excitement, but oh my, what a revelation! The Stracciatella cheese was absolutely unparalleled, and the sun-dried tomatoes complemented it perfectly. Located in the Yellow Green Farmer's Market in Hollywood, this is a great place to buy cheese, spreads, and breads from friendly local purveyors. I bought a top-quality guanciale that I used to make bucatini alla Amatriciana. It was superb. I also bought their fresh made stracciatella, which was excellent with their eggplant spread or on crusty bread with a little Italian olive oil. The service was very friendly and I was able to sample a variety of their offerings. I am looking forward to my next visit and purchasing other cheeses to try. I would highly recommend...
